Don't be tempted by the Pet Insurance

Don't be tempted by the Pet Insurance. Similar issues to others below. Now in to week 7 of this saga and More Than continue delaying the payment by nit picking things that should have been picked up by their document review department weeks ago.
Most recent was confirming my pets date of birth via the vet. Once vet confirmed the date of birth was the same as I had stated to More than, More Than emailed to say 'Thank you for contacting us to update the date of birth of your pet' please find attached document showing an increase in your premium. An absolute shambles and I won't go near More Than or the new owners Admiral again!

Excellent service

It was so easy funding the right insurance I needed everything explained which made the decision easy to go with more than.

More than Pet Insurance - shockingly appalling!

More than Pet Insurance.
Absolutely shocking and inefficient pet insurance process. Still waiting on my claim being processed, almost six weeks now. Numerous emails and phone calls, just going round and round in circles. Requests being made each time for medical history which has been supplied on numerous occasions along with all the relevant invoices. The whole process has been very stressful and time-consuming, biggest mistake ever taking out an insurance with them. Bitterly regret it. NEVER EVER AGAIN!!! Also tried to lodge a formal complaint and it is not very transparent on their website how to access this process. I have lodged a formal complaint via email, but I am not expecting much to be done about it. There seems to be deliberate time wasting and prevarication on their behalf.

Would not recommend

Our renewal went up by £15 a month, which in itself is shocking. But we had a letter to say that it will automatically renew so we do not need to do anything. I noticed this month that they stopped taking out the money. I called about this and they said it was their error and our pet is still protected if something happened . I said I could not afford to pay the 3 payments in one go. I was told I would get a call back from accounts... Now today nearly £200 has been taken from my bank.
