Excellent service
Excellent service. Found handles to match those I bought many years ago - still available (must be a good design!!) with prompt dispatch. One star knocked off because DPD apparently didn't collect on the day my order was dispatched so the tracking was showing nothing in the system other than the tracking number, and I had to contact More Handles rather than them proactively contacting me. By no means the end of the world. Time wasn't critical in this instance, and I got a very quick response from them, and realistically it would be a 9½ / 10.

Really good company. The person I ordered from was very thorough and I ordered at 3.45 on a Friday and my handles arrived on Saturday all present and correct. I needed one more door knob …. My own fault and it arrived the next day. Fantastic products and excellent staff and customer service. Can highly recommend.

Your website is very difficult to use and it took several emails to CS to be able to find and order what I wanted.
When it arrived, it didn't fit, as the designs have changed by a few millimeters, so it was all a waste of time and money !
