The sweatshirt i got was great when I got it (about 4/5 months ago) and was very warm in the winter. However it started fading immediately and its only been washed once and perfect the instructions. I... See more

I bought a jacket for 1395 euro and I started rusting after 2 wears now I'm being told it's not a manufacturing defect when it is they tried to tell me the warranty was expired then soon admitted that it wasn't now there ghosting me how can a jacket rust after 15 minutes of wear spread out across 16 months do not buy from this website it's a scam
The axe zipper broke, and a lot of the fur was coming out. I sent in the authentic pictures, proof of purchase, all the documents MK required months ago. I’ve followed up several times with customer service, and they keep telling me the “quality” team is busy. Several months, I haven’t received a response. Canada gooses’ warranty and service is way better!
Ordered a gilet on 26th Jan, the item still hasn't been dispatched. I've messaged their customer service team numerous times, they keep saying the warehouse are carrying out an investigation and they'll update as soon as they can. This investigation has been going on for 2 weeks. I want a refund, you should be able to cancel the order if they haven't shipped it out to you a month after you ordered it. What a joke.
Order their bunny jacket. I order a sage one. Online pictures show a beige color. The actual product is green with a bit yellow. Suspecting they photoshop it too hard or they put under a super bright lighting.
I returned it and chose a dark color as you don't have chance to mess up with black. The store force me to take their gift card and says its by their policy. To be clear, I want a beige jacket but they put misleading images online and send me a green jacket. Their policy doesn't state what if they messed up the product.
I kept calling their customer phone line. Escalated to a supervisor who promised a callback and never did. When I asked to speak to a different supervisor, the rep clearly understands and refused to get me another person. They will repeat over and over about just being patient and they receive a lot of calls and DO NOTHING.
Unless you run into a store and knows exactly what you want. Otherwise, avoid at this place at all costs. The website doesn't have a review section and website images are misleading. Customer service is equal to none. I wonder why they pay for human when the human is doing the robot job by repeating the same policy.
For that price range, there have been a lots of option on the market. If you are new and never try their clothing, please avoid them. With customer service like this, think about if they will honor their warranty. If they have quality issue, I can already imagine them trying anything but help you.
First time writing reviews. For a company that sells clothing in that price range, they are the only one who has customer service that bad. Dishonest company with no moral and useless, rude customer service who does their dirty work.
If you don't like long review, if you can get one takeaway. Lots of option on the market, there is no reason to bother yourself with this kinda of seller. You are the customer who is shopping, not to trouble yourself with bad product and customer service.
I have forwarded my last email that I have sent to see if I get a response this way
Replacement Fur Collar
I ordered a coat on January 6th, and upon arrival, the fur collar was faulty. Since then, I have contacted your team multiple times via phone and email, and each time, I have been assured that a replacement collar is ready to be shipped. However, after seven weeks, I have still not received it.
This level of service is completely unacceptable. The coat was expensive and should not have arrived faulty in the first place. I have been extremely patient, but this delay has now gone beyond reasonable. Not only was I unable to wear the coat on my holiday, but I am also deeply disappointed with the lack of follow-through on your promises.
If this issue is not resolved immediately, I will have no choice but to escalate this matter with consumer rights authorities. Please provide a firm update on the status of my replacement, including tracking details, within 48 hours.
I expect a prompt resolution.
I purchased a Moose Knuckles jacket in 2023, expecting premium quality for the high price. However, after only a few months of occasional wear (8-9 times in total), the logo on the collar began peeling off. This issue started within the first year, indicating a manufacturing defect, not normal wear and tear.
When I reached out to customer service, I was met with dismissive responses and was told that my jacket was no longer under warranty, despite their policy covering defects in materials and workmanship. Instead of taking responsibility for an obvious quality issue, they claimed it was just wear and tear—on a jacket that has barely been used!
Under UK consumer law (Consumer Rights Act 2015), products must be of satisfactory quality and durable, yet Moose Knuckles refuses to acknowledge this. I even provided photos as evidence, but they refused to reassess the claim properly.
For a brand that markets itself as premium, I expected much better both in terms of product durability and customer service. I would not recommend Moose Knuckles based on this experience—there are far better brands that actually stand by their products and treat customers fairly.
If you're considering buying from them, beware—your expensive jacket might not last, and customer service won’t help you
I am beyond disappointed with this company. My family and I have multiple moose knuckles jackets and I will never order or endorse this company ever again. They have a poor system that is wrong very often, such as when a product has been delivered; and have easily the worst customer service Ive ever experienced. You are allowed 2 weeks from when a product has been delivered to return it or exchange it. My product was delivered on January 5th yet when trying to get a label to return the product on Jan 14th the website would not let me. I then contacted customer support in Jan 15th and was responded to on 17th, I wanted to return the product or exchange it If it could be done. I was questioned why I wanted to return the product instead of just being provided a shipping label. I then responded that I wanted to change it for a medium, the agent responded 3 days later and said that for exchanges I must go to one of their official moose knuckles stores which mind you are over an hour away. I had already gone to a moose knuckles store that apparently did not accept exchanges, so I didnt want to drive over an hour again to another one to return it; so I planned to return the jacket online then just order a new one in the correct size. I was on vacation for so I didnt respond for 13 days, when I contacted support again I was told that it was too late. IF THE COMPANYS WEBSITE WAS PROPERLY SET UP WITH WHEN THE PRODUCT WAS SHIPPED NONE OF THESE ISSUES WOULD EVER ARISE. Talked to the supervisor named Sophie or Sophia today, who kept telling me that she understands that im frustrated, even though she sounded pissed off at me the entire call. Sophia told me my case was closed because I didnt respond for 15 days, problem is Sophia doesnt know how to count, and I did respond within 15 days. When I told her that I responded within 15 days she ended up saying “it doesnt matter” and that I waited too long. PAUSE?! So you just said your policy is 15 days or less and a refund can be processed, then when showing proof that I contacted support within 15 days now it doesnt matter??? The supervisor has 0 brain cells and should be fire immediately for not knowing simple addition and for escalating issues for absolutely no reason. This is easily the worst company I have ever ordered anything from, and ITS A LUXURY BRAND. How can a luxury brand have the worst customer service Ive ever experienced in my entire life? Buncha scummy shit they do
Your policy is BS. I talked to a supervisor and to an agent on email. They said they close a case if a customer doesnt respond for over 15 days. I responded within 13 days yet you closed my case and said it wasnt available. I contacted you on January 17th and got another response on the 20th. Took over a business week just to get a shipping label. You want proof? Got all the emails. It should be required for a supervisor to know simple 1st grade addition right?

Couldn’t respond to the Moose Knuckles reply to the defective stitching on the jacket after wearing only 3 times. Not willing take any responsibility for defective goods, just quoted their warranty policy which puts all the responsibility on the retailer.
Unfortunately in my case the retailer no longer stocks Moose Knuckles, not surprising really, if they don’t have the confidence to stand by their own products.
I have received a response from Mooseknuckes to my review, stating in their policy I have to take up the issue with the retailer, unfortunately the retailer no longer stocks this brand.
A hard and expensive lesson learned, not everything you pay a high price for guarantees you quality and customer service!

This is worst company to purchase anything from . I bought a jacket and never got it . Seems like the carrier never delivery my jacket .To make things more interesting , i wasn't at work on that day and they mentioned I signed for my jacket ,signature doesn't match mines , how could i sign for something when i wasn't there . I wouldn't recommend anyone to shop on this site , because you might end up spending money and never get your item. Customer service is the worst , they don't do anything to make the customer happy .

Very Rude manager at Pacific Center Vancouver. I spend thousands of dollars on moose knuckles but the customer service is awful. Tarun refused to exchange or refund two shirts that were the wrong size and told me to ‘google Moose knuckles’ to get the number for the customer service centre. This was just an answerphone. Thanks to the disgusting rude attitude of Tarun and the poor staff training I won’t shop with Moose Knuckes again. Supposed high end product with very low end service. They don’t care about customers. They have lost thousands of dollars of future orders from me but they couldn’t care less. Shop elsewhere.

I have to say that the jacket I bought in California less than 2 years ago was perfect for where I live in the south of France. Unfortunately, the trims around one of the pockets came unglued and I contacted them to ask what kind of glue to use to fix it. Not only do they not respond to the question, they ask me to go to a seamstress to get it fixed. When you spend over 300$ for a jacket, you would expect a better response from their call center that seems to be somewhere in India. As an ex-Canadian, I am really disappointed in their promises of taking care of your purchase with BS guarantees.

Buyer beware. They are nothing but cash grabbing scammers. We bought two jackets (40% off). The zippers would not work on either of them. We could not zip the jackets at all. Since the jackets were defective we returned them. This was mentioned as the REASON for return! Any other respectful retail brand would refund you the money back, not these low life cash grabbers. They gave us gift cards and refuse to refund the money back despite several follow-ups !!!

Moose Knuckles are liars and thieves!!!
I sent a return back, got an email confirmation from them that the return was received, as well as a confirmation from the mail carrier that it was delivered and accepted
Weeks later, I get an email from MK, stating that they can’t find my coats, and they opened a claim with the mail carrier so I won’t be receiving a refund until that claim is settled, likely another few weeks
Clearly the coats were either lost or stolen in their facility, so they filed a bogus claim
That obviously the mail carrier denied being they have tracking & proof of its arrival and acceptance
Of course I got an immediate refund from my CC company because I had 3 forms of proof of return, but not before tons of emails and phone calls back and forth and tons of time wasted and aggravation. How they are still in business with all these horrible reviews is beyond me
Stay the hell away from this corrupt unscrupulous company 🤬
If I could give Moose Knuckle a ZERO review, I absolutely would. I bought a coat for $900, and when it arrived, it was way too big and didn’t look anything like the online photo – it was totally off! When I tried to return it, their customer service was rude and unhelpful. They refused to refund me because they said it was discounted, even though I returned the coat within a week, and instead offered me a gift card I didn’t want. They claimed their decision was based on their return policy, but here’s the truth: their return policy isn’t even available to view on the checkout page or the shopping page where you view the items before you click "Submit Payment"—there’s no link to it at all! As a first-time shopper, you have no way of knowing about this restrictive policy until it’s too late. Moose Knuckle clearly doesn’t care about their customers once they’ve taken your money. Do yourself a favor – stay away and DO NOT buy from them!

Couldn’t be a worse experience w customer service. Not even worth detailing here but you better make sure they if you buy a cost that it is exactly correct. Returns is a nightmare.
Found the coat I wanted, made my order on 20/01/2025 and received email confirmation of purchase. By the 23th the status of the order on the website portal still said Processing. I contacted the customer services department and was told to wait for an update from a carrier. I woke up this morning (26/01/2025) to see an email from moose knuckles sent around 3am, stating that my order has been cancelled and I need to try an alternative method. Problem is… 1 I’ve used the same card I brought the coat with before and after purchase with no issues. 2 There is no issue from my bank as I’ve checked. 3 There was no alternative payment link in the email and upon checking the site this afternoon, the coat now out of stock.

I bought some jackets online and wanted to return some items using the 14-day return policy. However, the online return portal didn’t work. I emailed customer service but received no response. When I called, they apologized and said it would take another 4–5 business days to provide return instructions. I waited, but nothing happened. I called again and sent another email, only to receive the same excuse.
After multiple attempts almost 4 weeks to reach customer service and obtain shipping information, I filed a complaint with PayPal, which then contacted Moose Knuckles. Only after this did I finally receive the return shipping details.
The items are now on their way back, but I’m already anxious about how long it will take to receive my refund.
Overall, it was a very poor experience—unlike any I’ve had before.
After reading other reviews, I strongly urge against purchasing from them online.
Buyer beware! Awful customer service- Takes too long to get returns, and you don't get money back, you get a gift card. Stay away and go to Canada Goose
Ps this was flagged by the company. Just correct your issues, your rating states it all
I made an order for a Stirling Shearling parka on the morning of the 21st.
It arrived as ordered at 1pm on the 22nd.
It’s a beautiful coat and I got lucky that the shoulder logo is in black.
This is the best delivery service I’ve ever had and the coat is superb. Excellent all over.
For all those in USA complaining about gift cards. Complain to your elected representatives.
In the UK and EU you legally have to get a full refund if ordered online within 14 days if you changed your mind.
If you bought in store and it’s faulty in 12 months it’s a full refund.
In store, If you don’t like it or change your mind it’s at the company discretion, refund, credit or nothing.
You can’t give moose knuckles 1 star just because your country has rubbish customer laws. Give your country 1 star. 😂
Didn't know sale item can only be returned as gift card is my fault. But why it takes forever to issue the return??? Called the customer service twice, every time they said they will issue the gift card shortly. And nothing happened for the next couple days.
