Used Moores for the first time to buy a new intergrated fridge for my parents as their old one was giving up. Was going to purchase from ao.com but found Moores had the item for a better price.

I had to wait a little longer than I would if I had ordered from ao, but Moores were easy to deal with and their delivery driver was cheerful and helpful. They took the old appliance away for a small charge.

In all very happy with their service. I am currently fitting a new kitchen at my house and will definitely check them out again.

I recently purchased a rangemaster oven from Moores Appliances. After looking pretty much everywhere on the internet, Moores came up with the best price by some £70. I made the order by telephone and the service I received was second to none. I was sent a confirmation email immediately after placing my order and the oven was delivered on the stated day (delivered directly from rangemaster). I would have no hesitation in using Moores again and would be more than happy to recommend to friends and family.

Never mentioned your returns policy and that goods could not be returned after 7 days. Took longer than anticipated for delivery and had to chase delivery.

Item unacceptable even though I phoned to explain the splashback I wanted was going under an Eletrolux cooker hood and not a Rangemaster.

From the outset, my enquiry was rapidly responded to (via email) and it was easy from there on to confirm the order over the telephone an arrange a delivery date that suited me. The cost of the item (Rangemaster Classic 110 cooker) really was several hundred pounds below the lowest price I could get elswhere. Tremendous value, tremendous service. 10 out of 10 without question.

Moores Appliances were by far the most reasonably priced of the rangemaster range cookers I sourced, and they were polite and helpful, delivery was on time and efficient, all good.
