I consider my experience positive
I consider my experience positive, with Moneygo I move easily on Italian highways and I access the main paid parking lots. Since I have been using it, now a year, I have had no problems.

I find it very good, I use it for the motorbike but sometimes also for the car. The fact that they deduct my account week by week is very convenient because it doesn't weigh me down at all.

Pity there is no way to pay for parking neither to pay for virtual Swiss vignette.
I don't know if it works for other European Motorroads, but to be honest I found no trace on the site about those.
So for the mom. 1 star less than maximum.

App fine overall, some things tobe improved
Overall the MooneyGo app is fine.What I would improve:
1) simplify the activation of a public transportation ticket, too many clicks
2) have customer explicitly choose the number plate when activating blue stripe parking, in order to avoid picking the default (possibly wrong) plate by mistake
3) improve the telepass experience when one incurs in a missing payment (ex it is not clear enough what to do when credit card expires)
