I wish that I could give them a zero. They are a total scam company. Ordered a sweatshirt they sent a very thin long sleeve shirt that look nothing like the picture. Horrible. Shameful garbage material. Garbage quality!!!
AVOID! silly me! Was so looking forward to my dress but had the same experience as other reviewers. No reply to messages and apparently delivered somewhere in london over 180 miles away. Thank you PayPal for my refund
How I wish I'd read reviews before ordering. Fortunately I paid by paypal so they didn't have credit card details. Became suspicious after I pressed pay. A message appeared saying there was a problem with payment and to try again. I didn't. Thats when I read the reviews. I checked my paypal account and it appears my payment went to Zheng Zhang.
I wish I had read the reviews before ordering a ‘monsoon’ dress a week ago. I should have realised it was too cheap but everything about the website looked completely legit. Money went straight out of my account, then nothing, including no reply to my email querying delivery. Scam reported and now I have the hassle if cancelling my credit card. I’m furious 🤬🤬
Awful. Complete scam! Do not use!! Ordered a wedding dress and never heard back, after chasing they sent me a shipping update from America so cancelled it. Said it would take 25 days for refund. It never came, I chased numerous times, the only contact is a random email address that stopped replying. Never got my money back, and never got a response from them again. No other contact details either so very difficult to find or report them.
Total scam don't waste your time. Ordered a bridesmaid dress was sent from US and then was delivered to an address in London not my address in Northumberland. I was then told this was done to avoid import taxes 🤨and that they would send the new tracking number shortly. Needless to say they didn't and have opened a case again them with PayPal and have sided with me not the scammer thankfully!
Just don't go there. Ordered a dress for my wedding. Only realised after paying it was coming from China. They gave me a tracking number which lead to an address 400 miles away. No reply to emails. I'm mostly disappointed in myself.
The company does not exist I never relieved my order waited 2 weeks
I Ordered £78 worth of goods and never received my order .Emailed the company several times but they never replied, thankfully I had paid through Paypal and my money was returned . Thank you Paypal
Beware. This is another scam. Lots of typos on the website and broken English. I'm so glad my order didn't go through.
