Nasty quality and service

Thin, cheap metal that breaks.
Disgusting customer service.
It’s heartbreaking when someone charges so much money so something so precious with memory and then rips you off with cheap , bad quality jewellery that can’t be worn.
Avoid !

Awful quality

Pretty but made with metals that’s too thin, especially the gold. Such a shame they charge so much for poor quality.
Precious items cannot be trusted with this company to make, they’re not fit to actually use and wear.
I bought a necklace and a ring and the ring she said I must have snagged , although it wasn’t claw set and the glass breastmilk keep was set flush (or so it should have been). This dropped out when I wasn’t even wearing it, within 3 weeks. The ring itself was crudely cut and rough and workmanship very low quality in all aspects.
Cheap tat sold at high cost by exploiting peoples memories!

Website is very misleading and…

Website is very misleading and confusing to follow. Be VERY careful what you order and do not presume the images that are displayed with certain processes look like what you will receive. Read and absorb EVERYTHING on the website and be sure you know what you are going to get as the provider is not very customer friendly, very reluctant to fix shoddy work and does not take into account any communications you have had with them prior to the order so you must make everything very clear at checkout. Although I am eventually happy with my bespoke piece the whole process has left a nasty taint which is not how I wanted to feel towards my treasured keepsake.

Be careful about your order, multiple T&C’s

I have had a really difficult experience with this company.
I ordered a small breast milk pendant with engraving as part of a Black Friday deal. There were several issues:
1. The requested engraving wasn’t recognised. I advised with in 24 hours what it should be including the font and size. This was charged an amendment fee.
2. Apparently there was a red banner that I should have also noticed that I needed to pay for express delivery an extra £8.50. It wasn’t automatic. Another amendment fee on top.
3. Turns out the pendent wouldn’t fit what I wanted. Priced for larger size but wouldn’t honour the Black Friday sale and would charge full price.
4. I cancelled the order before anything was stated as posted and requested a refund. They kept £12.
5. They had already posted inclusion kit. It was unopened and could be resold.
6. I had read the terms and conditions and the part about cancellation before ordering. It turns out there was an additional and separate policy on cancellation and the Black Friday sale. With different terms. I didn’t realise I would need to search these out as well. This was confusing, different to the T&C and doesn’t seem reasonable.

I wouldn’t recommend this company. I have been really disappointed and feel scammed by the whole process.

Lazy work. Overpriced.

I ordered a heart ring from this company a few months back. Looking at it still upsets me considering how much this company charges.
Its such bad silverwork. You can see filing marks in the silver. You can see where the ring part was lazily soldered together. Its already tarnishing and i haven't even worn it. The glass heart is so wonky it just looks ugly. When i brought this up to the company they said they couldn't see what was wrong with it and offered no resolution except selling the silver back as scrap. This would have been less than £5. I dont know how the price is justified when the silver is worth so little and the Labour put in is very lazy work and wouldnt have taken more than a day.
Avoid this company and source others with a presence on social media who regularly upload accurate pictures of their work and pay attention to the finer details and work they actually put in.
