My fiancé (Aleksandar Stoskovic) and I bought a mattress in person on 09.12.2025. They told us delivery would take 3-5 business days. We have called the customer service 4x already, and every time we reach out, it seems that they are aware but no one is doing anything. It is 12.01.2026 now, over a month of waiting. If they didn’t have a physical store, I’d say it must be a scam. We also tried to ask for a refund but apparently that’s not possible yet because they cannot account the item… not my problem, honestly. Horrible, never buying there again and will tell everyone to avoid this company.

So far, I am very satisfied with the Mömax online shop. The website is clear, and the ordering process was easy and straightforward. Although I have not yet received my delivery, the order handling and communication have been very good. Overall, I have had a positive shopping experience so far and I am looking forward to receiving my order.

I ordered a product online and received a quite different one at the end (also delivered to a neighboring country so I just saw the difference when delivered). I explained my problem to the customer service and after a loooong discussion, I was compensated. I would like to thank Irene for her help, answering me in English (I guess this is not in her job description) and being helpful, showing interest that she wants to understand my problem, and doing her best to find a solution that is mutually acceptable for Moemax and its long time customer.
Problems may arise anytime...but what makes a difference is how customer service handles them. Irene deserves a 5 star rating. My overall experience was 4 star but since my problem is resolved, I will buy again from Moemax in the future.

Die Lieferung dauerte fast zwei Monate, eine wirklich schlechte Erfahrung.
Excuse my Deutsch, I am beginner.
The worst shop in whole Europe I experienced. Communication, delivery and credibility absolutely unprofessional. Never ever shop there no more. You should consider if it worth it to save a little money than buy more quality somewhere else than this wannabe shop.

+ The very worst service ever. I ordered some furniture for the bedroom. Moemax transferred my address to DHL but they gave them the wrong address (I have the invoice, so I can trace back that I wrote my correct address). They said that it will come in 3-5 working days. But 1 month already from the day that I purchased.
+ After going for the online payment, when the item has not come yet, I visited the Moemax store. The cashier is very racist. She asked me twice "do you know german" (in german). She was talking really fast and say something about .. if I don't know German, she cannot make it. Her voice is so loud. Therefore, if they even apology me letter, I will never visit Mömax Furniture Store Vienna 16, Wattgasse 46, 1160 Wien again.
I bought from mömax on the 2nd of April 2021, at date I'm still waiting for the delivery of the mattress and hanging chair. The item where supposed to be shipped no later than 2 weeks ago. I contacted them by phone and when I started talking in English they hung up. I wrote them an email and they just replied that they didn't receive the products from the supplier. Worst customer service ever!
After I did my order on 30.10.2020 I am still waiting to the the 4 chairs I ordered. Today I am writing this review after 14 weeks of waiting when Social media team told me that I will get my order in next 2 weeks.
So this message I am writing on 25.01.2021.
Overall, digital experience is reallly bad. Maybe in stores they are fine, but people who lead the online team really suck and dont know their job.
