Excellent service throughout from initial contact to installation and support. This is the second time my family has had a stairlift installed by Mobility Scotland and in both cases we have been delighted with the service.

Special thanks to Pierce and Billy for their regular contact and communication and also for helping to find solutions to ensure a speedy installation. Barely two weeks from initial enquiry through to survey and to installation was exceptional and a huge help.

Mobility Scotland have far exceeded my expectations with the installation of a stair lift for my elderly relative. From start to finish the customer service has been superb, each member of staff who my relative or I have come into contact with has radiated professionalism and care. My relative is delighted with her new stair lift. The difference it has made has been life changing and will allow her to stay in her own home for many years to come. I wouldn't hesitate to turn to Mobility Scotland for any other mobility needs in the future.

I recently bought a rise and recline chair for my brother from Mobility Scotland and the whole experience was excellent. The team were kind, patient, and really took the time to help us choose the right chair for his needs.

Delivery and setup were smooth, and they made sure everything was perfect before leaving. The chair has made a huge difference to my brother’s comfort and independence.

Would really recommend this company. From lst contact through to installation of the stairlift the team were excellent. Pierce was very professional and knowledgeable when measuring and explained everything in simple terms. At no time did I feel being talked down to as can happen very often when you are elderly.

What a great company to deal with.
I was on the search for a bariatric rise & recline chair. I had been retired on ill health due to severe osteoarthritis in my knees, lower spine & feet; along with fibromyalgia, chronic regional pain syndrome. After a long search & numerous companies sending me their literature i still couldn't find a company i was 100% happy with.
So, we decided a road trip around the Central belt & visiting showrooms that actually had the seats available for you to sit in & try. Most said just pop in any time. All except Billy, they suggested making an appointment with them so I had someone to spend time & show us, and talk us through all the pros &cons. What a totally different experience, from start to finish we were valued, given a welcoming smile, a shopping experience based on getting what i wanted & needed (for now & in the future)rather than them getting a sale.

I would definitely go back to Billy & his team for future purchases, but the chair will most probably last me for many years. Also the after sales service is second to none.
I would have absolutely no problem recomending them to anyone who is needing something to make their lives more comfortable.

Rob is adjusting well to his Opera bed and is sleeping well.
It had been three and a half years since Rob has been able to actually sleep in a bed with his spinal compression fractures and the osteoporosis caused by his myeloma cancer. The bed is life changing! Equally positive is that Rob can get in and get out of his Opera bed by himself- a little victory that means a lot to us.

Billy we really appreciate the way you listened to Rob’s needs and his challenges and were able to guide us to the right bed and the right mattress and also adapt the bed size to his height. We also appreciate how quickly you were able to deliver the bed to us. We have a bespoke bed solution that gives Rob a bit of independence and a good nights sleep! Thank you

From submitting a query to the stair lift being fitted the service was 1st class. Didn't feel Paul was doing a sales pitch, he was informative, honest and approachable. We got the stair lift fitted within a week which has helped hugely. Friendly and efficient service and I would highly recommend

Excellent service and stairlift was installed very quickly. My dad has a bad fall downstairs and this was essential. The whole process was quick and they gave us all a range of options. There was also was issue with one of the functions and the team came back out the next day.

Paul was honestly a wee gem. He put a stair lift in for my auntie and made the whole thing feel really personal! Super focused on her and the family, not just the job. The process was nice and quick once we made the purchase, no hassle at all.

But the best bit? Later that night my auntie couldn’t get it working and ended up phoning them around 8pm, and they picked up and talked her through it. Didn’t need to do that at all, but they did, and it meant the world to her.

Would totally recommend them — just genuinely lovely folk who care even after the job’s done.

Excellent service the team are helpful and professional even answering emails outside office hours. Had to order specialist chair for my mum who’s now in a care home. In all aspects they delivered great service including training and handover to care home staff also answering questions after delivery. Highly recommended.

Pierce was extremely helpful when my mum required a stairlift. It was a very small hallway with a radiator and switch box that another major supplier could not supply due to the small area. It has made a massive difference for my mum. A very professional,helpful and friendly company.

Once again good service. Just needed a heavy chair moving downstairs but they came a couple of days later and moved it without any fuss. Great help.

We were struggling to live well with dementia and mobility problems. Mobility Scotland gave us a quick,efficient and friendly service installing and maintaining a stairlift.

I visited the showroom in Kirkintilloch with my son and my parents. Billy was extremely patient and so welcoming to my parents who are 95 and 91. He showed us a stairlift and answered all our questions and allowed dad to try it out. At no point did we feel any pressure to make a decision that day.
A week later I phoned back to book a home visit Pierce came out and used our first names when he arrived. He was very helpful and explained how we would manage to fit the stairlift within a confined space.
On the day of installation, Robert and Kenny were very professional and left no mess at all. Kenny explained again the workings of the stairlift before they left.
Later in the afternoon Billy phoned to check that everything was fine and to let mum and dad know they could call the showroom if there was anything they needed. Pierce came back a few days later to check that mum and dad were happy and to answer any other questions.
Mobility Scotland looks after you and makes you feel welcome. They have solutions to help your mobility needs. I am most impressed with all the staff I have dealt with both in person and on the telephone.
Mum and dad have had the stairlift 6 weeks now and dad has gone from someone who originally did not want one to telling everyone that his electric chair is the best thing he has ever had.
It makes being independent and staying in their own home so much easier for mum and dad.
No regrets about this purchase and the service is first class.

This is an excellent company where nothing is ever too much trouble. They really do go above and beyond for all their customers. They are even great at helping "difficult" customers. I cannot recommend Billy and his team highly enough! Every product I have ever purchased has been VERY useful and they would never try to sell you something that's not right for you.
