I ordered a phone case. The package was delivered last Friday. However, the package was empty. I contacted the company via the contact form, but have not received a reply yet. I contacted them again via email today. I hope they respond soon, as I have already paid for the phone case that was not delivered.

The case is very pretty and they've always replied to my messages but shipping took over a month without them giving me a heads up.
After I've asked about my order they've told me that they were currently moving to another facility. I understand that this takes time but I wished that they've would have told me about this without me being required to reach out to them.
Also I think that it was not easy to see in their Onlineshop that they're seated in Slovenia, I thought I bought at a regional shop.

A great looking case without plastic, brilliant!

The product is of such a low quality that I might as well throw it in the bin. I bought a recharger and it has nothing to do with natural materials. It is all plastic in a bad quality. Forget about sustainability. The magnet in the recharger is very weak. There is neither an order number nor a return label with the delivery, and it is difficult to find your order again. They should be reported to the authorities.

Customer service is 5*. When I had a problem with the item ordered the response was quick and complete.

Case looks well built, buttons nice to use. I chose a wooden back and am so glad i did so. Feels satisfying every time and has an awesome look.
As the case has no built in MagSafe-Ring (which is totally reasonable for the fair price), i had to improvise in order to mount my Phone to my windscreen: A black sticky metal ring that came with some Chinese suction cup holder still holds firm on the outside of the case and makes it look even better.
To conclude: great company, which creates awesome products

The feel and design is good. It’s protecting my phone well, while not falling apart, like organic cases, triple the price. Plastic free packaging is great too.

Great price for the quality of the product. It’s my third buy from them.

It was a very fast delivery. And the product is awesome. Fits perfectly on my phone and I love the touch/feeling in my hand.

Great product. I'm very happy with the quality. I already dropped my phone a couple of times and the cover really seems to protect it.
Delivery did take some time (about 20 days) but they do mention it when you purchase it online.
Love the fact that the product came in a fully recyclable plastic-free packaging.
