Illegal practices

Garbage product, cheap plastic.
Tried to send it back but these people keep trying to force me to keep it by making me return it to China - even though it was sent to me from Germany, where I live - and paying massive customs costs as well as postage.
Most importantly, they want to charge me 15% for "return processing fees" which is ILLEGAL in Germany.
They keep offering discounts or other sizes and telling me to offer their crap product to my friends or family even though I PATENTLY DON'T WANT THIS.
Stay away and save yourself the headache!
