I returned my order over three weeks ago, and no sign of customer support, let alone a refund, after reaching out to them several times. Avoid ordering from this company.

Parcel not arrived over 3 weeks of no correspondence from Missy empire

Do not buy from this company. I bought over £100 of clothes in November & returned around £80 via tracked postage. They received my return in November and still haven't processed my return (now 30th Jan) They do not answer emails or social media messages and also they don't have a working link to their customer service page. AVOID!! Google Uggbugg fashion ltd.. this company is in administration which is part of Missy Empire!! Do not trust this company!!

I returned items within the 14 day period they have had my items since the 3rd December and I still haven’t received my refund, emailed them twice and messaged them twice on instagram still no reply or refund!

This clothing store exceeded my expectations. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed. The store was wellkept, the clothing selection was great, and the service was excellent. Everything felt organized and customer-focused. I’d definitely recommend this store to anyone looking for quality clothing and good service.

Ordered 2 gym sets from missy empire on 13th December received 1 gym set and 1pair of leggings on top. Emailed them 3 times and messaged them on instagram no response at all.

i was sent the wrong colour cardigan, apart from that everything was okay

company is clearly going bust as returns portal not working and i tried to send returns back myself at my own cost to the address provided but tracking info now says the return is coming back to me as the company is no longer at the address! do not order they owe me money and wont refund me

Need to add reviews, and height of the model, size dimensions of products.

I did not like it beca I it came missing things and some thing did not fit me well so I wanted to return these things but there was no option to return on the website,and am very upset with this what do I need to do to return it

I placed a order, was told I’d get a email to confirm my which never was sent I then tried to go back on the app and find my order by signing in with my email an then realised it said there’s no order. I tried to contact customer service and it said there’s no way to contact them. Will be contacting my bank never use this app it’s a fraud

Had to take Missy Empire to court. Owed over £100 and chose to ignore me. Even ignored the court letters now waiting to hear back from courts. They will not get away with this.
They chose to ignore me and stopped posting all over social media since 27th July. Clearly gone bust.

Purchased an item and returned it a month ago. Still no refund and they continue to charge me through Klarna.
I tried contacting them but they refuse to respond to me.

Returned my item back in June. Received no refund and have not responded to my raised tickets.

Haven’t processed my refund for months and have ignored several emails requesting for it to be processed & refunded.

I would never order from this company again. I returned my items nearly 30 days ago which has been signed for but I still haven’t received my refund. I have sent multiple emails & numerous messages with only one response asking for proof of postage. That was over 2 weeks ago and I still have haven’t had a response. The customer service is shocking. AVOID this company.

I would give 0 stars and seems like a lot of people are having the same problem! I placed and order at the beginning of July for around £220. I sent back all items around 10 days later. No refund, no response to numerous tickets raised with their customer services. I have now had to go through my credit card company to get my money back!!!!! Terrible serve and the website is down!!

Avoid at all costs .. sent my item back over a month ago ., have proof of return yet no refund ever made - unable to contact either as website down and no one comes back on any social media platforms! Absolutely disgusting they keep your money like this!
