We received this product in a timely…
We received this product in a timely manner and getting it shipped was way smoother than expected.
Assembly was straightforward and they included everything we needed to put together. We’ve had it up for about 2 weeks now and we have been very impressed. Although there are some more robust pergolas I think we get a good value with this product.

I love the louvred pagoda
I love the louvred pagoda. The only downside is that it came with cement screws and not deck screws so that had to be purchased. Hopefully it will be a s secure on the deck. Love the shade it provides and I thought the price was reasonable.

The transport company is VERY Hard to get in touch with it. I have called 5 times today and on hold for 30 minutes each time. I have not received my pergola.

In love with this Pérgula
In love with this Pérgula! I purchased the 111 model in November which we installed just off our patio doors, and recently purchased the privacy shades. What a huge difference its made! I live in Southern California and my backyard is full sun. We’ve had a few 90 plus temp days recently which I kept the shades down on. It made a tremendous difference to how hot our kitchen/living room area typically gets on 90+ degree days. I love the ability to open and closed the louvers on cooler days when i want to let more light it. This was an excellent purchase and I highly recommend it.

The Sienna set is a beautiful set
The Sienna set is a beautiful set. This is quality made sturdy furniture. The cushions are thick and the Sunbrella fabric is wonderful. The included covers will keep it all looking great. All and and I am really happy with this purchase !

The product looks good, shame about the service and delivery
The product looks good. Although we haven’t been able to install it yet. Miradors shipping partner is the problem. Ceva logistics. They were supposed to deliver a screen about two weeks ago and we still don’t have it. Or an update as to where it even is. And one of the panels arrived very damaged beyond repair. And we still don’t have an update from Mirador customer service as to when a replacement will be sent out.

I had been checking on Mirador product from Costco, etc...I decided to go with a larger structure with shades. I called the company and asked about installation and they had a company they recommended who did an amazing job with the install as well. Overall a great experience from top to bottom
