I bought the Costco Mirador pergola as well as the Mirador Grill pergola and my family and I built both in 1 day. It took 4 of us from 7am to 3pm with 2 breaks in between. They look so so so beautiful. Highly recommend

charcoal storage box - great customer service
We received the charcoal storage box, but unfortunately the lid was damaged due to a hole in the shipping box. However, customer support was excellent-they quickly replaced the damaged part without any hassle. We’re very happy with both the service and product overall.

The pergola arrived within 2 weeks. The delivery men were very professional. Instructions were easy to read and it was fairly easy for two people to install. I’m very happy with the product.

Installation and fitment were incredible. The louvers operate flawlessly! We have used out back yard more in the past week than we have the previous 5 years due to the shade we now have control of. Would love to see you come out with a lighting kit if possible?!

Pergola is a 5 out of 5. Service is ZERO
The pergola is a 5 out of 5.
The customer service representatives I dealt with 2 times (so far), are a ZERO for 5.
I’m still waiting for 5 of the 11 items I ordered and paid for. NO idea when I’ll get the “out of stock” items which makes the pergola unusable until then.
And a CSR who suggested I accept a return on the out of stock items and when I explained what a bad idea that was since the price could be raised when they do come back in stock or how I don’t want the first 6 items IF the other 5 are discontinued. And even though she said it was just a suggestion, when I said we should move on because I was not interested, she then said she needed her supervisor’s approval NOT to give me a refund. I was too busy laughing at the insanity of her statement that I didn’t ask to talk to the supervisor directly before being put on hold. When she returned and said I could have my way, I ended the conversation. My mistake.
It’s now a month later and still no word. I dread calling since the 1st two issues were so frustrating.
Keeping my fingers crossed my items come soon OR someone with some pull in the company sees this and gives me a call…. 🤞🏻🤞🏻

This company is extremely untrustworthy and their customer service is appalling. We placed an order and after two days cancelled our order expecting the charge on the credit card to be reimbursed. After nearly a month of calls and emails to the company, we have still not been reimbursed and the company has claimed that the product was delivered. Do Not purchase from this company. We have not received the product and have not been reimbursed.

This has been a terrible experience…
This has been a terrible experience with Mirador I ordered the motorized pergola with retractable screens and sliding glass door.. the day of delivery the company had no means of getting the load off the truck I had to unload it with him.. also my sliding doors were missing.. I was trying to reach out to mirador and they wouldn’t answer so I called from my wife’s number and they answered .. here we are almost a month later I still haven’t got my product! The manager told me she would handle it she told me they were able to reship and another weeks has gone by and still no tracking number! Overall terrible experience with this company for me to spend almost 7k !

Second time experience- not so good
This is my second time purchasing the same pergola from Mirador direct. The first delivery company was able to put the box in my concrete paved backyard. The second delivery refused to put the product anywhere other than right in front of my house. I had no choice other than to have them leave it in my driveway. It took me a few hours to open up the boxes to transfer pieces by pieces to my backyard to allow garage access for my car. This could have been avoided if the delivery company just took a few minutes to put the boxes in their heavy duty dolly.
