You can play this game nonstop for 10 years, and you naturally know what pace you are hitting the cueball with, but this game slows down the cueball often, or run faster than it should be. This makes the game a complete joke. This is my 3rd account, 1st account I had 700 million coins and after leaving a bad review such as this one, they decided to close down my account, so I returned back with another account accumulated 300 million coins, but unfortunately the 2nd account suffered the same fate. Its completely fixed, not only in terms of the pace of the cueball but if they don't want you to win, you will not win your game. So the attitude as follow, we do what want, if you complain we will close down your account. The fact they take money from players makes this game a complete scam and they should be reported to the authority for cheating people out of pocket.

Horrible company. Spent years building my account and has just disappeared. Tried sorting it with them but it's like talking to a wall. Spent over a grand over the time too. Is there anything we can do

Avoid spending money with this company. I complained about players using hacks/apps used to cheat playing Miniclip 8 ball. If you send an email complaining about cheaters, you get an automated response saying they appreciate you informing about cheaters and how they take complaints serious. The exact opposite. They don't care!!! They control every aspect of the game. They control who you play, who wins or loses. I complained and their answer was to set my account to play against nothing but cheaters who you CANNOT win against. I have played this game for years and the people amount of people who cheat have just gotten worse over time. So just be aware, if you complain, they rig
the game against you anytime they want...Have fun with that.

Bunch of scumbags. I lost my account and they sent me an automated message saying there is nothing they can do. This has happened to me twice.

What a shit game and an absolute disgrace of a company. Littered with cheats and hackers. Full of bot accounts and all in game purchases are ridiculously expensive and useless.

best online pool ive ever played. very realistic. lately in the practice section they have bombarded it with ads. hard to concentrate when so many large ads on each end of your table are constantly changing and catching your attention. been playing now for 5 plus years but time to look around for something else.

I got logged out my 8ball pool game and couldn’t remember as been that long my password to log back in! There reset password page when click on it always say error so when contact them they basically say nothing they can do!!! Well there is fix your website! What’s the point of having a reset password page for it not to work! Terrible experience with them!

The people at Miniclip are absolutely dirtbags. They will not answer any requests to look into their game and the problem with cheaters. They will not look into any issues with how unfairly the algorithms are set. Instead, they choose to ignore the problems everyone has reported.

i joined miniclip many months ago. at first everything was fine. now i can only play one maybe two games before i have to offload then reinstall game because of getting kicked off after all the adds. i came on mini clip to play pool, not get involved with the UFC. try to concentrate on pool and nothing else. your site is a advertisement mess. it gets in the way of pool which as i said should be your main objective.

This company is by far one of the worst companies on the internet. It's a scam .They are after your money ,even a few pounds at a time . Please don't give t them the odd few pounds .It all adds up . I now play but never buy the items they advertise . You play and buy a few items they want you to buy ,then all of a sudden a player comes on and pots from every angle ,it's A1 .Don't be

Miniclip has now become an advertising portal. You will see adverts after every 2 or 3 games. 40% of the games you actually get to play are against cheats or bots with zero chance of winning. You can report this but nothing is ever done. Plus they never reply to posts here or emails. 10 years ago it was brilliant but now rubbish don’t waste your time. And if you do never never buy anything from them as it will be negated by the bots.

Someone with a big bank and big balls needs to file a lawsuit against these mother555uckers and crush them to oblivion.

They keep allowing cheaters to run rampant in 8 ball pool. Legal action needs to be taken against this company for stealing from their customers. If they refuse to address this problem which they have proved in the past, then they should be shut down from doing business. I lost 30 million coins to 3 cheaters out of 5 games.

it used to be good but now it's got 2 games. for MOBILE. garbage

ive complained multiple times. blown off each time. They want a screenshot. game froze, lost 250k coins. how do i screenshot that? bought a pool pass last month and this month. i didnt get it this month. u can see it cuz my goodies are still locked. u can see it clear as day. common sense. they dont want to give me what i payed for. total scammers. i sent them a receipt and they said not good enough. What a joke of a "company". Basically all of the games are rigged, full of hackers and littered with p2w yet the company does nothing to fix these issues and even goes out of there way to delete any sort of backlash on their reddit page. In miniclip's games like 8ballpool, you win 2 times in a row easily, with an opponent who doesn't know how to even play, then the next round you play you get an opponent 3x the level of you and wins the game in just 2 turns! How do you expect people to have fun when you rig all your games with AI? Absolute fraud in disguise, I can't even believe I actually gave money to this company.

This company is totally fraud.they constantly and I am very sure desparately match you with hacker if you play well and some time your leaderboard will be manipulating by give you totally zero coins and push you for very last where you were in very well positioned with some healthy coins collection,it's every option is full of scam which one i raise seperately.one more thing if you purchase some items then there is for sure you will be matched with hacker for few days continuously.then what is the point to purchase or give some enthusiasm through it.is not it annoying? This game is a scam. The developers and customer “support” are a complete joke. They don’t care about players, they don’t solve issues, they just spam useless FAQ links like robots. Out of nowhere they slapped me with a fake warning and stole every single coin I had spent YEARS earning fairly. No cheating, no rule breaking, nothing. Just pure theft.
