Excellent service and help from the staff at Penzance Milletts as usual. The gentleman (maybe manager???) who helped me was brilliant. Very knowledgeable, helpful and patient.

Katy in Penzance was extremely helpful and went to look in the stockroom for summer walking trousers. I bought the trousers I wanted and am very pleased with them. She also then found a good rucksack for me. Always a good shop to visit in Penzance.

Great knowledge and advice given. Gina and Zach are very nice staff and always very friendly both helped me with a jacket purchase today.

Really helpful advice and patience when my child tried on all the hiking boots to choose the best fitting.

Fantastic professional advice at Millets from Jade when buying some “serious” walking boots : expensive items so you really don’t want to make a mistake! Jade spent a lot of time making sure I got the right boots. She was super helpful, friendly, knew her stuff - and fantastic that as a National Trust member Millets offer a further 15% discount even on sale items. Lots of choice too and some great products on offer. And Ronald, our English Bull Terrier, didn’t need new boots but also got first class treatment with water and lots of treats! Dogs made very welcome in store which is fabulous too!

We were advised ably and gently by Katy, who was attentive, knowledgeable but not overbearing. She helped turn what could have been a stressful event into an extremely pleasant one. As did Jade who assisted us when we returned to buy walking sandals 30 mins later: offering solid advice and keen pricing. Both ladies were are an excellent asset to Millets and their service would definitely encourage me to return!

I always get asked to write these reviews and rarely do..but felt I had to respond to our purchase in Penzance Millets..
We were helped by Katy who was both knowledgable and not overbearing, so the experience of buying was turned from a last resort into a very pleasant experience!

Zack was excellent! He gave me sound advice between products and took a real interest in what I needed it for.
