Absolutely in love with Miista design, quality and costumer service!! Every piece is a masterpiece, already owned 4th pair and adore every each of it. The craftmentship is amazing, leather quality and stitching are wonderful.
The only thing that the first couple of wears can be hurtful and can provoke blisters, but it’s matter of time because the leather need time to adjust perfectly to your feet. And when it’s done it would became the most comfy footwear in your wardrobe! The last pair of boots took me over 4 walks, but now they are perfect, so don’t give up on them, they will adjust just fine!
And also want to say about their customer service, once I wanted to change one model to another and they were super supportive and helpful, all the process felt very friendly.
Also a delivery every time is really fast, like my latest sandals I reviewed within 5 days, including weekends.
Very recommended!

It's a trap
Extremely disappointed. Buying is very easy, but returns are a nightmare. They don't clearly disclose that sale shoes cannot be returned if they don't fit, and customer service is painfully slow. I won't be buying from this brand again.

I purchased the Asia Courts Mules and they broke down immediately
I purchased the Asia Courts Mules because I loved their design and silhouette. However, after wearing them for just two hours, the heel cap fell off. I was given a replacement heel cap, but unfortunately, it didn't fit properly.
Luckily, I am visiting London and staying close to one of the stores, so I contacted them and brought the shoes in. The staff was incredibly helpful and kind throughout the process, but they informed me that the shoes needed to be sent to a cobbler and would be ready the following day.
In the end, I had to make three separate trips to the store just to have a brand-new pair of shoes repaired. While I truly appreciate the excellent customer service, I don't think a pair of shoes that costs £300 should break after the very first wear. The quality simply didn't match the price or my expectations.

First of all, who wouldn’t fall for shoes with such incredible designs? Every pair feels unique, and they always manage to strike the perfect balance between creativity and wearability.
On top of that, every interaction I’ve had with the brand has been excellent. On the rare occasion I’ve had an issue, their customer service has always been kind, responsive, and genuinely helpful. They handled everything with great care and professionalism.

I have trust at the company that i will receive my product in the right time. Also the shoes that i ordered were exactly as I expected, excellent. Personally i had one more good experience with the company as in the first place i ordered the wrong shoe size and then the costumer care help me a lot and i changed the shoe size. So as of costumer care i would say that miista shoes have a great one. Finally as per product the one that i have receive for now is perfect, the quality is perfect and of course the design, and i am waiting now the second par of shoes that i ordered, which i am looking forward to see nearby also

Awful return policy and customer service
I received my shoes and they are beautiful but weird, they are very tight on the instep and I need one more number. I find the refund policy ridicoulus, especially regarding shoes. The shoes were on sale so I can only receive store credit. I wear the same number of shoes since I was 13, and this is the first pair that don't quite fit, and I think that a refund should be possible. Not everybody has the same feet and not every shoe has the same fit, it is difficult to determibne the correct number without trying them first. Also, I asked the cutomer service if it was possible to exchange them, and first I was told I would get a refund and then they said no, only store credit, so now I am forced to buy something that maybe doens't really fit on my foot. They re expensive shoes, this is unbeliavable to me. Also, it took a log time to receive a response
