Made a purchase three weeks ago and shrotly got an email to confirm my order was on its way. Royal Mail have yet to revieve the item, I have emailed customer support twice and they have failed to respond.
Edit: Mighty Lancer have responded, bit not given an explanation as to why they ignored my emails.

I have ordered from MLG for nearly five years now and I can honestly say they are the best online hobby supplier in the UK in my opinion.

Took a week to give the item to royal mail. When emailed they lied about sending it because they had printed a postage label but then could not be bothered to actually post it.

Sent them an email to see if an item was in stock, received a reply within the hour with link to item. Went ahead and placed the order which was dispatched the following day and arrived on time 2 days later. The items were packed well and arrived in great condition. I have used Mighty Lancer in the past and have had no problems. However this time after ordering 22 metal reaper miniatures from them, 2 were broken. One even had its forearm missing as the moulding process must have gone awry. I have sent 2 emails to them with the first over 2 weeks ago and have as yet had no reply. Photos were included in the second email to show the damage, but they obviously don't want to know. I would have continued buying from them but as they can't even be bothered to answer my emails, then I will get my miniatures elsewhere. Very disappointed with them.

Apologies for the late review, but used Mighty Lancer Games after finding they had stock of an expansion for Bloodborne that I'd been looking for. The game was very quickly dispatched and arrived safely in great condition the next day having been carefully packaged. Thanks for the great service!

Ordered some tabletop miniatures from MLG. Easy to use website. Good price for the miniatures and very reasonable postage. When they arrived I had to contact the store due to a small issue. Immediately resolved by “David” from the MLG staff who was really polite and called me back as promised. I would use MLG again and also recommend to anyone looking for products they stock and sell. Absolutely fantastic, amazing service and such kindness.
