Worst company ever - If I could put 0 I would

I was JTL here once. I got fired. A member of the community was trolling and evading punishment so I followed them to cuff them. They went into the toilets and screenshotted it. I do not care they where a "community icon" it means nothing, they shouldn't get away with being a spoilt brat. Next day I was fired for doing my job. Informed Cuba Eastern (the owner) he has no clue what's even happening in his own group which is pathetic. Rang up, spoke to corporate told I will get a ring back. Been 3 months and not a single update. Never comming back here again.

Lizzie tried to arrest me but I outran her because she is the size of a xl beachball. My experience at Freshly in terms of the meal deals was less than satisfactory, the ham in the vegan ham, egg and cress sandwich tasted like it came out of the cow in, unnatural ways. Freshly is not a good store and should be inspected. It is not vegan friendly, as I was greeted by someone eating a ham and cheese panini that came from a poor helpless animal. Overall a terrible experience, like shopping from hell.

Throughout my time both shopping and working at Freshly, I have had an extraordinary time! The staff is so incredibly nice and the game establishes a great working environment. Every time I join, I feel like i’m actually being productive in a way and learning while i’m at it. The community is incredibly interactive and fun to hang out with. Not only that, but the Freshly team always opens up numerous opportunities to their staff and customers. Play this game- you won’t regret it.

Very nice store, good selection. Wingin it was cool although a Donner kebab tray would be nice. Toilets were nice until I walked into the stall where there was 8 team leaders dancing to raining tacos.

I do my weekly shop at freshly all the time. Every time o go there it is always great! But sometimes there is some sort of smell… it is like a dusty smell. I think the roofs are leaking or are damp. Another downside was when I bought a table. I was building it and then it fell on my head when I was building it. I was annoyed so had a cup of tea with my Haus kettle but instead of boiling the water it boiled my countertop… Toilets don’t lock. Was taking a number 2 and a bacon walked in on me. Would recommend. Although. Bring a mask. Some of the trollers breath stink. Oh btw if you are one of the trollers the Mentoes and gum is located at the front of the store

I'm a staff there myself and have seen staff banning ppl for the fun of it and is it just me or is it so laggy!!!

Freshly is such an amazing store! Everything about Freshly is fresh and simple. The official staff there are nice and welcoming, this applies to the Management as well, they know what to do and they’re always enforcing their rules as they should be. Now, this store has lots of items to choose from. I suggest checking out their Go Café and the Bakery Shop.

Horrible management members, rude & unprofessional, reporting them does nothing due to bias, the owner gets involved in so much drama. The Discord server is unmoderated, toxic staff members especially management members, nothing gets done about it.

This is great but I think they could make Freshly Go into a food and drink place, not just drinks.

I have worked at Freshly for half a year now and never left a bad review, but a few days ago I bought one of their assets from their products hub, It turned out the asset was not working, so I opened a general support ticket and get told to open a bug support so I did. Then a developer told me to open a general again. I did, and then the ticket was automatically closed, I have now got an open ticket but have been waiting for 3 days with no response. I think Freshly is great but after this experience, I will now rate the service a 4. I will keep you updated
