We reserved a 4 berth camper, but were given a 6 berth as a "free upgrade".
This vehicle was old, the hot water system did not work, the passenger window would not open, the cutlery drawer would fly open every time we went around a corner.
To top it all off, we had a blow out of one of the rear dual tyres, waited 8 hours for some one to come and change it, only to find the tyre was completely bald and unroadworthy. The hire company wanted to charge us for a new tyre!!!!
It was obvious that as we were doing a one way hire, it was an easy way for THL to get an obsolete camper returned to Aukland. Not impressed!!!

The camper van was as advertised and well taken care of. We enjoyed our trip throughout the North and South islands.
My biggest complaint would be that the check-in and return process causes you to lose big chunks of your day. We we’re also charged for a day we weren’t able to use due to the strict return policy.

We had a couple of minor hiccups with the van but over all a great experience with everything. Issues were taken on board and dealt with very professionally. We will definitely be using Mighty in the future.

We hired 2 chairs they were cheap and too small for me to eat at the table. Weren’t told about ad blue and was disorganised when we picked up at Darwin.will not hire from you again

We were barely shown around our campervan which caused us to not be able to use the electricity and the air conditioning. We also had to make two phone calls to the office to ask and fix problems with the campervan. It really hindered our time and our trip.

Friendly people in Perth. We tried to avoir the pic hours, but the waiting time was still a bit long to pick up the camper, about 2.5 hours.
The camper is easy and confortable to drive. It was in a good condition, few damages but everything functionnal. However, those campers are not autonomous. You must go to a plugged camping every night. Even after a full charge overnight, the battery does not last more than 12 hours with only the fridge ON and everything else OFF. Despite the sun ans lond hours of driving, the solar panels are not sufficient to compensate the consumption of the fridge (or the service battery is in bad condition). Our fridge was full and we almost lost everything inside. We discussed with other customers that had the same experience.
Except for this, which is annoying considering the price of the renting, we have been happy with our experience with mighty camper. The return of the camper was straight forward, without any complication.

We had no trouble get from airport to pickup, we had no problem with your camper, everything worked as it should, they showed us how everything works when picking up. We had a great week away traveling around Cairns and Townsville and in between.

I would give zero star if possible as we booked the van at 9 a.m and got a call on last min saying it wil be ready by 11. Half of the day was wasted as we got the car at 12:30 only.
The staffs were very interesting. Elderly lady with the glasses was very whingeing saying “all the other people are waiting why can’t you wait “. Half of the day was wasted waiting for the car which we paid for. Got no complain on the cars as they were very good.
I left lost property arrival voice mail and gmail for which I got no respond. I think if you’re not responding it’s worth not having it. I left my Bose speaker infront of the windscreen and when I went back to collect it next day it was not there. I got video vlogs and pic to prove it. I left voice message and email to inquire but no respond. It has been half a month now. Please respond me back regarding the lost property please.
Disorganised at pickup and drop off.

We tried several times to trade the Deuce plus for a better camper. Each time, we were sent away more dismayed than the last. Theoretically, every rep we spoke to tried to help. Unfortunately, we ultimately were disappointed.
