Eduart came to fix my toilet as the cistern was leaking and water was constantly running in the toilet. He changed the cistern unit, and the job was completed.
Very happy with his work, he was very polite and explained everything he was doing.

Unprofessional service with failure with your data. incompetent workers that seem to show no respect for tenants, anything do with anti social behaviour unless violence has taken place will be let it continue to happen not before something serious happens, as long as rent is being paid any issues raised have to be force and consistent with effort for your voice to be heard.

Steve was friendly, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly, which I really appreciated. He was informative throughout the visit and made sure I understood what he was doing and why. What stood out most was that Steve worked on a Saturday, explaining that he does this to accommodate people who work during the week. As someone who works full time in a nursery setting and has no access to my phone during the day, this was an incredible help for me.
Thank you, Steve, for your excellent customer service and for going the extra mile to make the process as convenient as possible. It's greatly appreciated.

Midland Heart don't care about their customers
I am with Midland Heart as a shared ownership customer and our absolutely disgusted with the service I have received. I am having trouble with anti-social behaviour from another Midland Heart tenant who is my neighbour and they are absolutely unwilling to support me. The police have had to get involved and still no anti-social investigation from Midland Heart. They happily take the rent and service charge and give nothing back.
