I have always had great service and exceptional service. I have over ordered a couple of times. When I call to explain my order “mess ups” they resolve my problem immediately. You don’t get that kind of individual response and help at many other companies!!🥰

Please read BBB (Better Business Bureau) reviews BEFORE buying. I am embarrassed to admit that MiamiMD ripped me off; definitely the doctor's HYPE and SPIN sold me. Outside USA, my delivery took one month. Days after ordering I was bombarded with their emails "GIVE US A REVIEW". Review what? It’s impossible that so many glowing Customer Reviews on Trust Pilot are AFTER months of use! Living outside the US I didn’t consider the Better Business Bureau. I am strict about checking everything on Trust Pilot and spent considerable time reading their displayed reviews (likely honest but not necessarily well supported with personal results). Please … if you are deciding to purchase MiamiMD products at least read BBB reviews as well.

I find the cream makes my skin feel very supple and smooth, but I’ve yet to see any improvement on the crepeness! I’ve been using it for 2 weeks once a day, sometimes missing a day, so I’m going to be more diligent using everyday!

I have only been using it for a few days because I was sick but the few days that I have been using it, my skin was crusty and it brought down the crustiness that it's starting to feel smooth now. So I can't imagine what it's going to do for a whole 30 days and then I'll probably get another two jars and see if it can help me some more
