First class service
It is a while since I rented a car abroad so did some research first. Without a doubt Miami Car were favourable in every aspect of car hire except being a household name. They answered all my email queries very promptly before I booked and there was no payment til we arrived and none of the nonsense of two prices depending on when you book and whether you want a flexible booking. The car hire names we all know of old, charge way more and yet everything but the basics is an add on cost, they charge a hefty deposit which Miami do not and the excess on insurance is easily twice as much as with Miami. I read an uptodate review of the top 20 car hire places in Malaga and Miamicarhire were in top 10- I would point out that only two of the well known car rental places were mentioned and they were only just in the top 20. Just opinion of course but that and trustpilot scores persuaded me to go with Miami and I am glad. Despite flight being nearly 5 hours late Miami were there to meet us at nearly midnight ( an extra €20 for Late hour but we knew that and all the companies are the same in that respect- it’s not unreasonable). We had been given an upgraded car at no extra cost and it had half a tank of petrol already so good to go. Second driver was included in price , not extra- yay!!Car was clean, in good condition, nice to drive and we had no problems with it. The pick up guy was lovely and explained everything well despite lateness, and the drop off was on time and efficient. Would absolutely recommend them and will use them again when we return to Spain.

Miami Car Hire is an excellent car rental company. They are waiting for you in terminal when you arrive and have car you requested parked outside. You can deliver your car right next to departure terminal (person waiting right outside to take car back). They are the best!

I would not hesitate to recommend this company. We have been using them for years. They always are there as we come through the airport doors and we drive away in minutes from getting off the plane. The cars are always new and of good quality. Returning the car is also very easy. This time we had an accident and within an hour they had delivered us a new car at the side of the road with no fuss.

Our recent trip
We rented our car for our 3 week trip to Spain from Miami Car Hire once again.
Besides reliable cars with a decent amount of petrol, the meeting on arrival and departure was just brilliant.
On arrival we were out of the car park adjacent to the arrival hall almost immediately and on our return in less than 5 minutes from arriving at the terminal car park we were in the departures hall -and this after arriving 15 minutes early.
Good customer service via email as well.
We will continue to rent from Miami in future. At our age, if it is not broken, don’t try to fix it..
