I liked that it didn't feel like some big company. More like dealing with actual ppl. Rented a toyota yaris, simple car but did the great job. Also super easy to park which matters a lot there.

I didn't expect much at first, just needed a car to get around Tenerife, but CarzRent kinda surprised me. The whole booking thing took like 5 minutes, no weird steps or confusing options. I ended up renting a BMW X5 and it was actually the exact one I picked, not “similar class” like other places do. Pickup was quick, guy was friendly, showed me a few things and that was it. What I liked most is that it felt local, not some big rental chain vibe. Way more relaxed, way more honest.

rented a MX5 for a week, car came clean, full of gas and the communication was clear and quick.

Beware! they are scammers!! they will provide you the car and everything will be fine until it comes to returning your deposit... I lost 2k because they did not return my deposit. There was nothing wrong with the car and i got evidence to say they would return my deposit but after chasing them for over a month i still do not have my deposit. They will keep telling you that the bank is taking a long time to transfer the funds, it is impossible for it to take over a month for the funds to be returned. They won't provide you any proof to say the deposit has been released or reply to your messages. They will tell you that they are not scammers but what they are operating is clearly a scam. It is likely that their current reviews are fake to help them get you. Just go elsewhere it is not worth the headache.

They contact us few days in advance to offer us details about hand over of car.

They offered us a new car, 6.000 km, in perfect shape.

Price for it was good, no hidden costs, everything transparent. Fast returning of guarantee (3-5 days after car returning).
