Tried to deceive me!! Disappointed..

I ordered a pair of shoes that I could not find elsewhere in Europe in that size, it was supposed to be available, and after a slight delay, it was finally shipped to me...WRONG SIZE. And then the size that I wanted appeared as 'sold out' in the online store... so they knew they don't have it and they intentionally sent me the wrong one.. Especially for shoes, this is naive cheating, because obviously they would not fit.....

Expecting a refund and a proper support, and I could reconsider my review..
