Amazing Customer Support service. Also, the quality of the clothes are very good. I will continue buying there for my boy and girl.

The shipping is painfully slow. I ordered Dec 15th and was not able to receive the order in a week's time. Add Christmas on top and it took exactly 14 days altogether (within EU).
The checkout page offers exactly three random pick-up points, none of which are near the stated address. So I needed to sort that with the delivery company after placing the order.

And to top the bad experience off - I had ordered a gift bag which arrived totally crinkled and unusable. No wonder, it was shipped in a plastic bag. I wish people used some common sense these days...

Simply the best, highest quality products me and my wife found in the market for our little one. We bought and given so many different things but at the end of the day, we found ourselves using Mar Mar exclusively. I wish they were more available in US market

The new collection ist really nice and I just love all the products. The communication was great and the delivery fast. Very happy!

Beautiful quality and babysuite, but the fact I had to pay €8 shipping to a drop off point is really disappointing and makes the whole experience less attractive to order again.

Products can be beautiful, but customer service is terrible and quality has become hit or miss. I bought a sweater that arrived with pulls in it. I want to return it as a result, and have submitted photos and emailed multiple times. They do not reply, and have only told me my photos are "insufficient" to fully understand the issue.

lUnfortunatey the quality went down massively.
I buy it since 7 years for my daughter, and for this price I am expecting a good quality and long lifestyle as it was. Since some time, quality is bad. Fabrics break, sewing is sloppy. Not happy with this;
for the price of a shirt from mar mar with a bad quality I get 5 with the usual textile fast fashion houses. Quality is as bad, but price is 5 times lower.
Customer Service is not helping and not polite, just told me to contact Zalando.
This is not a caring company this is bad customer service.

Unable to return an item because no email replies from the company. Called the contact number on website, no answer.

Exceptionally quick delivery! I ordered yesterday at 11, and the order was delivered today around 12 (delivery within Copenhagen). I'm also very happy with the quality of the clothes and the raw materials they are using to make them. Whether they are durable, and whether they wear off easily, is yet to be tested. Online shop is easy to navigate, only thing I miss is the possibility filter by size/gender/age/etc.
