Great customer service!
I was bought a romper with a matching bib for our pending baby girl however we had a shock delivery of a beautiful baby boy. I contacted customer service and they allowed me to return the items and credited my account so I could by something for our little suprise! I cannot wait until he fits into them. Thank you!

I asked this company sincere questions about their products and got ignored and blocked on their Facebook and Instagram.

For the record I asked them about any safety labels, what kind of dyes are used in their clothing and under what kind of labour circumstances the clothing is made (to confirm there's no child labour involved nor any toxic dyes).

They've not answered my questions, but blocked me instead. This concerns me.

Edit: this company has never replied to my email, despite their claims in this reply here.

Terrible customer service. Order was cancelled without explanation or an apology. In December, right before Christmas and when I'm sending gifts abroad! Really terrible customer service. No option to review on their Facebook page (I wonder why) I'll be sure to share their FB page and tell everyone to stay away from them. Much more reliable companies out there.
