Took 1.5 months to deliver.. the wrong product!
In the end, the right product arrived (looking nice although not precisely as per the pictures - missing the middle metalic strengthener/ extension holder on the Urano console) but the customer service was DREADFUL!
Here is the painful story:
1. Expecting 2 weeks delivery
2. It took 5 weeks and 7 phone calls from me to the delivery partners to finally get the 1st package at my place. Due to COVID and living abroad I could not be on site. I have a friend get the package for me.
3. Opening the package and surprise: it is completely the wrong product (wooden table not produced by VECA instead of grey and black console)
4. I send 14 emails to their customer service (not available by phone), figure out myself the error is due to their delivery partner FERCAM/DACHSER switching packages, request the help from the European Center from Consumer and they finally agree to send me the right product when I asked them which contact they prefer for my police fraud complaint
The product is not bad in itself, but do yourself a favour and pick a company that cares about doing things right... that is not VE.CA
