Amazing customer service, from the team at Memsaab. Came in to order my wedding day clothes and they exceeded my expectations in every way possible. Recommend anyone that is looking for Asian clothes to shop here

I got the wrong parcel. Asked for my purchased order but been told other customer didn't return my order. That was not my problem. I paid memsaab not other customer so you shield have sent me my order. Then after few days I asked for refund but still haven't got it back.

Bought my wife and daughters their wedding outfits

The guys selling over priced suits and returns is really really bad starting price for a refunds label is £6 to £10 off your refund
And the suits are very over priced total ripoff
Don't get carried away with reviews may be they are PAID REVIEWS
I'm not saying the stuff is bad its really overpriced
they already Charge you delivery £3.50 so altogether I paid £7.00 2orders for post and packing for it to be returned and £12 deducted from my refund so its been £19 extra gone in WASTE for average clothes 🙄

Best Place To Buy and Perso Name USMAN Is Very Helpful,but it’s Not Displayed Store,Just Like a Wearhouse and Display in Private Room Where Book Appointment and Reservation Of £10 To Oay Which Is If We Buy The Money Deduct From Bill or if We Don’t Buy Then £10 Waste,Thank You 😊.

Loved the clothes, as described and seen on website, perfectly fit. Returned one as I ordered too many by mistake and refund issued with no issue. Very happy 😃

Clothes are so amazing, very nice store to relax and try in outfits.
No bargaining here though you pay for what is priced

I got sent an outfit with glued on buttons with the glue very visible. It looked like they had glued it on before shipping. Customer service was very unhelpful, I was told on the phone they would send me out a brand new suite if I just email with pictures. Once I did they then went back on their word and offered me £5 to keep the suit which did not even cover the delivery. I paid for next day delivery of £7.99 or something around that, so their response below is unsatisfactory.

All in all, will not be ordering from them again and definitely be advising anyone to buy from them.
