Great comfort
I bought a king size bed and mattress from Memory Foam Warehouse years ago and needed to now get a small double. I decided to go back to this company as I know how comfortable their mattresses are, this speaks for itself. Very easy to order with a fast and efficient delivery. It did not disappoint, it envelopes the body yet is firm and supportive. Highly recommend.

Order initially went wrong. Incorrect mattress was supplied. Advised of the error and correct mattress was delivered within 2 days and the incorrect one collected. Thank you but you will understand why 4 stars instead of 5.

Really bad customer service
They failed to deliver on 5 different occasions. Only when I got the manager Tracy involved someone actually did their job properly.

Amazing quality
It was very easy to find what I wanted on the website. It was just before Christmas, so I was surprised that it arrived so quickly - 3 days.
The quality is excellent - I chose a firm memory foam, single mattress - my son said it's the best nights sleep he's had in a long time!
