WE lost my younger sister last year. It was very unexpected, but the cost to bury her was also unexpected. Looking to save money we came across Memorials.com. Lisa helped my Mom through this difficult time. She had tremendous amount of patience with my mom despite a small language barrier. She was very compassionate with how difficult this process was for my mom and even more when the funeral home was being difficult about the details she wanted. Memorials.com has the best prices on personal remembrance keepsakes. Before I knew about them I paid much more on an Etsy site for the same item.

I purchased a grave marker for my cat from Memorials.com and was extremely happy with the end result! This was the first time I was burying a pet, so I didn't know what to expect. Memorials.com has to become your go-to vendor for memorial items to affix to urns, mausoleums, grave markers, tombstones, etc. In our particular case, we looked high and low for a suitable FBI emblem memorial for a dear friend (and in the future his wife) that served the FBI for three decades. Other vendors were of lower quality, higher in price and would take longer to create the emblem. Memorials.com FBI emblem was high quality (to include color enamel on the official seal), reasonable and delivered to our local mausoleum promptly. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this vendor for your memorial items.

I have bought two urns from Memorials.com and have been extremely pleased with both purchases.
Back in 2016 my mother wanted to do some pre-need planning. We helped her find a lovely cloisonné urn with blue flowers at Memorials.com that suited her perfectly. It was delivered promptly for a fair price.
After my husband's terminal cancer diagnosis late last year, we found a very unusual urn with a redrock desert scene. Since we both love the southwest desert, it was perfect urn for him. I purchased it and arranged with Debbie to hold it until he passed in April. I contacted Memorials.com with the engraving information and they had it to me in next to no time.
Bravo!

I am a social worker providing a host of services, including memorial item support to suicide loss survivors for the entire State of Kansas. We had previously utilized Memorials.com for Urns. I recently had a disappointing interaction. We ordered a bench just under $400. Payment was made, and we received an out of stock email stating they could not say when or if it would be back in stock. Stuff happens, and we responded with another option at a lower price-point. The counter email was again that this item is out of stock, to which I asked- What is in stock then. I was met with three options that ranged in $100-400 more than the original purchase price. This seems like bait and switch, or bad site and inventory management. The people purchasing these items do not need one more stressor or headache to deal with. These are simple expectations- be honest, have integrity, and earn the business.

Easy access to someone who knows the products well and is easily understood! The product was beautifully finished. The engraving process was fast and easy. The delivery arrived before I had to think about it. What more could one ask?

I found a unique, wooden urn chest to store my father's ashes on Memorials.com. The urn is made of high-quality wood and included a free personalized engraving plate to add to it. The customer service team at Memorials.com were wonderful. I called them with questions, which they were more than happy to answer. Best of all, their product pricing was outstanding compared to other sites. Great experience all around.

Ordered two TSA-approved “Kate Spade Inspired” rectangular urns from this site - $140 each. First, they sent me a heart-shaped paper box from their “sister” site - Next Get Memorials. Contacted them, and they offered to replace the order. Took weeks. Finally arrived today, and found they are cheap plastic boxes in a synthetic cloth cover. Because I found out about the other site, found the same product offered for $89. High price for such a simple product made from cheap materials. Not recommended.

Easily navigated website. The pictures are 100% accurate. I ordered a glass urn which is so beautiful - truly a work of art. The customer service is professional, courtesy, very responsive and very kind.

I needed granite vases for HBs resting place and found them at Memorials.com. I had a question and called. There was no extended waiting and the nice young lady was able to find the answer for me in no time. Then she went one further and asked what I was interested in and the size so she could check stock. With the supply issues she said it could take an extended amount of time if it weren't in stock. The ones I wanted of course were out of stock so I got the next size up. I was worried they would be too big but it turned out to be a good deal as they fit perfectly. Not only that but the color and texture of the stone was a perfect match too. If I hadn't known better I would have sworn they were cut from the same stone.
They shipped out fast, within a week and were in hand 3 days later.
I have dealt with Memorials.com for pet urns as well and have never been disappointed.
I highly recommend them.

After making our selection, customer service reached out to be sure our selection was in stock so that we could have it sooner than later. We were informed about shipping and it arrived perfectly and was exactly what we were looking for. The price was reasonable for a hand crafted ceramic urn. Everything about our experience with Memorials.com was kind and extremely helpful in this stressful time of life.

We ordered 2 cremation urns while setting up our
pre-need arrangements. Both urns arrived from Italy. One was perfect but the other had a imperfect glaze due to a hand imprint. Debbie at Memorials.com was friendly, efficient, & helped me to return the marred urn and get a replacement. It arrived and is lovely.
