Beautifully crafted
Shipping is always faster than expected. I love this little shop. Everything is beautifully crafted and as pictured. I am redoing my dollhouse from my childhood for my daughter and Melody Jane is my go to for everything.

Timely delivery packaging need improvement
Timely delivery.
Would prefer packaging sturdier. Ordered sheets of roofing etc and was sent in an envelope. No hardback carton either in envelope or on back of envelope.

The items I have purchased have been good and cause great delight for my grand daughter, with whom I’m creating the dolls house. For these reasons, I now only purchase from Melody Jane.

Was making my granddaughter a dolls…
Was making my granddaughter a dolls house for Christmas, came across this company on line it was great had a very large range of items available for dolls house from furniture to accessories. Placed several orders everything came on time in good condition apart from last order one item was missing ( fridge freezer) . I emailed company I know it was days to Christmas but had a reply promptly saying they would investigate on the Monday and either refund or resend , weeks later have not heard anything or received anything . I will try this company again but they do need to improve dealing with problems . My granddaughter loved her dolls house and all the accessories I bought from Melody Jane Dolls House website I purchased
Quick update have heard from Zoe at Melody Jane Dolls Houses concerning missing item, a replacement has been dispatched today . Thank you for the emails keeping me updated today . Will be ordering from them again .
