Canceled my order with no explanation!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My ordering experience was very easy. The website was easy to navigate through, found what I needed, placed order and received order confirmation. Chose 3 to 5 day delivery, received in 2 days.

Shipping is very slow

First time ordering from this website . Two days later it was cancelled with no explanation. I ordered somewhere else .

Fast shipping and huge selection. I have to take weekly injections and I was using cheap Chinese mfg needles and my wife would sometimes have to poke twice to get it to pierce my skin. I saw that you stock the BD brand and WOW, huge difference. I am so happy with their products.

They canceled my order because they decided to no longer sell one of my items by the case. I had to reorder on the phone and didn’t realize until afterwards that the price was almost doubled. They should have honored the original order, and should not have canceled the other items which put me in a bind.

Has good stuff fast reply to messages

No communication, when the order would be shipped, I paid expedite shipping ($40). I sent an email requesting information, no response.

Needed syringes for my B12 injections, Current store said they could not get them anymore and this has been ongoing for 1 year. I finally searched the internet and found MedOnTheGo, searched for what I needed and they had a syringe that met my needs and did not need a prescription. The service (delivery was extremely fast) received my item with 4 days after placing order. I would consider MedOnTheGo for my future orders and other supplies. Thank you

I purchased and paid for an item online and received a confirmation email shortly afterward. Not long after, I was informed that my order had been canceled due to a “website listing error.” I followed up by email to ask why the advertised price was not being honored, only to receive another response repeating that it was a website listing error. The email included a link to reorder the same item, but the price had increased by $100 from what was originally advertised. This was very frustrating and felt misleading, as I expected the retailer to honor the confirmed purchase price. I hope the company reviews its pricing practices and improves communication to prevent this from happening to other customers.

Found the exact item that I needed. Excellent price. Much cheaper and less hassle than Amazon. Arrived within 48 hrs. I was very surprised and pleased. Excellent experience and would recommend them. Thank you MedOnTheGo!
