I would highly recommend the one-to-one consultant interview coaching with Oxford Medical. The session was extremely valuable, well-structured, and tailored to my individual needs and level of preparation.
It was very comprehensive, covering multiple key aspects of the consultant interview process while remaining practical and focused. It helped me identify specific areas where I needed improvement and, importantly, provided clear strategies to address them.
It significantly improved how I structure my answers, organise my thinking, and present my experience in a more confident and coherent way. The personalised feedback and practical tips were especially useful and immediately applicable to my preparation.

We aim for our 1-to-1 coaching sessions to be as tailored as possible, asking delegates to send their CV, a job specification and any other worthwhile information ahead of time, allowing the tutor to best prepare. Whilst we have a structure in mind for the session (a mock interview and detailed feedback and discussion), we encourage each individual to adjust the session to their own needs - our experienced tutors are all too happy to accommodate.

Value for money, Quality
As a student, I not only gained knowledge regarding teaching techniques but also had a chance to practice these instantly in the same course.
