This is a good device.

Don't like the way is go off so easy for reason. One example, while grocery shopping, it call while I was reaching for produce. Many times it alert and I have no idea why.

Talking with them. Answered all my questions, that helped me understand the benefits of my plan. Thank you. The person helping was nice and explained what I needed. Getting back to me was fast.

It gives me peace of mind to know I have Medical Guardian’s help if I need it.

The man that installed my Starlink was efficient and explained everything he was doing. I called Customer Service. The gal was very helpful & talked me through an issue I had. I appreciate how fast the Starlink Internet is!

When I told them that I didn't always notice when my necklace device was blinking red and wished there was a verbal warning, I soon started getting a verbal warning. That is good customer relations! I have not yet needed to press the button to ask for help.

Courteous representatives. Very friendly in their efforts to get the right system for my mom. After the third shipment, we finally got one that worked. In our rural area, the cell signal made it difficult so we had to go with the landline model.

Customer service is great. Friendly & helpful. Most of all very patient & understanding that I'm 79 yesrs old & not raised with all this high tech devices.

Quick to resolve my problem with charging device

Not sure what this is about. All is ok.

I reached out to Medical Guardian via their website. I couldn't reach information without filling out their form. They called me via that form information. The sales person was fast talking, kept repeating information, did not allow space for me to ask question, gave false flattery. When I asked that the information be sent to me, he agreed. Nothing ever arrived. The next day another sales person called. I explained that we'd gone with another company and why. The next day another sales person called, the next day another. All of the calls came through caller id as calls from my city. Aggressive sales tactic, dishonest approach, refusal to address the notes given and unrecorded. If they'd been dealing with my elderly loved ones they probably would've made the sell just by pressure. It's predatory.
