I went to get information and received terrible service. The lady who helped me and sold me at the end was unable to give me correct information except for what I managed to gather online and others. Poor store service.

The help support staff there, are very eager to help a customer that walks through their doors, with open arms. They listen carefully & put into consideration to what you need & work around that option without a frown on their face. I was buying a phone and waist 90 minutes because the lockers were locked and I couldn't take the phone to the payment counter. I ask the workers and they pass me to each other's. Finally I got the phone but for the next time I would prefer another shop to save me time. THE TIME IS MONEY

This was the worst service imaginable
This was the worst service imaginable. Never am I ordering anything from Media world ever again.
I ordered an electric scooter one week ago and they told me thar it would arrive on Saturday. When I went there on Saturday 5th of July, they told me that the order had not arrived yet. Better yet, they told me that they don't know when it will arrive.
I was sickened by their response and told them at least tell me a day when it will arrive. They said, "Any day after Monday 7th of July".
It was shocking.

Absolutely worst experience ordering here ever, i ordered a speaker and powerbank to click and collect at the store since i need it today, and the closest store that had it in stock was a 1 hour drive away, everything seems fine until im 5 from the store where i get an email saying ops we actually don’t have your speaker anyway so you need to comeback in 2 dayd
