Issues with delivery
I had an issue with part of my order being sent to the wrong address. I spoke to Jon from customer services regarding concerns that the 2nd part of my order needed to be delivered to the other address on my account and he quickly resolved it within 10mins. Have used medfx for a few years now and they have always been polite and helpful when I have contacted them regarding any queries.

Great customer service
I have had a few issues with deliveries in the recent past so before placing my next order I spoke to Kate Buckle who was extremely helpful and went out of her way to give me the correct information which was so appreciated.
