I received my order exactly when it said it would arrive. I found it easy to follow and the follow is really good . My hunger pains has gone but not any weight yet however it is only my 5th day .

Can’t believe my first week lost 6Lb

I would never buy from here again or recommend them , I paid for mine in June and I’m still waiting for it , delivered once and left it outside and surprise surprise it was taken, been waiting 5 weeks for it to be replaced and getting nowhere fast .
Just keep getting told it’s been dispatched when clearly it asnt.
Never again I will go else where.

I have been a customer with MedExpress for 18 months and purchasing Mounjaro. The process to order is really easy and any issues have been rectified. I know they are in the higher price range but I was able to use the price match policy every month. I have used this policy EVERY MONTH for 18 months.
However, my 2 stars is coming from my experience and today I have placed my last order with MedExpress.
I have always took advantage of the (what was) very fairly decent price match policy. You could price match with a £40 cap. Specifically since I have been on the highest dose I have been price matching with a pharmacy that sells it for much cheaper which meant £40 got applied to my account every month. Today I have ordered and have been informed that I can no longer price match every month that I can only do it every other month. There has been no communication to the policy changes.
Why would I now pay £270 one month and then £310 the next when I can just get it from the pharmacy that I price match with for £266 every month? It is now worth the hassle of changing over for what is significant price difference. What a way to make your customers feel valued. I’m honestly disgusted by the way things have been handled today and I will be spreading the word as I’m sure there will be thousands of customers relying on this policy to be able to afford their medications.
