This company delivers disrespectfully
This company delivers disrespectfully. We have asked multiple times for them not to deliver in the middle of the night (1am, 3am, 4am) and they dont care. They use diesel vehicles and leave them idling for ages honestly not worth the agro. Who wants their milk left outside in a heatwave for anything between 6-8 hours. It curdled by the time we got up and we had a terrible nights sleep!

I am sorry to hear that your milk went off due to warmer weather and delivery times. Our drivers aim to deliver between 11pm and 7am, depending on where your home sits on their route.
Unfortunately, we’re not able to change the delivery time, but we do have some helpful tips for keeping your milk fresher for longer here:

However, this is does not excuse the high level of disturbance you faced when you got your delivery. It is not a acceptable representation of what we expect from any McQueens staff member.
Our drivers are expected to deliver during the night in a respectful manner that means that our customers and neighbours are not disturbed during the night. Apologies that this has been reflected in your experience.
We understand that this conduct is unacceptable. Therefore, we would like to gather more information from you so that further investigate this and have you sent you a request for more information.
Once again, we do apologise about this and appreciate you taking the time to raise this as it is a matter we take seriously. Thank you for raising this with us.

Was blown away by how bad customer service is,they delivered my milk to the neighbours then still charged me for it,told me they would tell the driver not to deliver to number 10 even though I don't live there,then tried to sell me eggs and orange juice even though they cant deliver my milk to the correct address,spoke to someone else who was going to fix it,I get a text today saying I owe them even more money when I don't, shocking people.

This is nowhere near the level of customer service expected from our support staff. Our support staff are there to provide assistance to any query customers may have in a polite and helpful manner. We are truly sorry that your experience did not reflect on this.

I love getting my milk and orange juice delivered on a Thursday. The products are so good. Its so easy to amend my order on line opif i need to. Direct debit means I don't have to worry about payments. Great service

I tried using the automatic service for a holiday stop but it kept cutting out, so I used option 5 and spoke to a real person. The gentleman was very helpful and pleasant. Took time to answer me properly and complete my request. Always have excellent service. Never met my delivery person but grateful for their service.

It is so nice to have my milk delivered early (2/30 to 3:30)am approximately twice a week I have never heard the milkman arrive 😁

Quality Products from a Quality Local Dairy
I've been receiving milk and yoghurt from McQueens Dairy for about 3 months now, with no complaints whatsoever. Deliveries come early in the morning and with 24 hours notice I can change what I order. The main reason I moved to McQueens was that their products are Bovaer free and they offer milk in glass bottles, as well as a range of other products.
All in all I am delighted with the quality and service from McQueens and will continue with them for the foreseeable.

From day one when I had the chap knock my door and tell me about the milk I went ahead and started to get deliveries and it’s the best milk we’ve ever got my kids absolutely love it and say it’s better than supermarkets milk so we will continue to get milk from you guys because you always go high and beyond to make sure it’s always delivered on time and it’s so cheap for the price I pay a month so thank you and it’s so fresh thank you again mcqueens ❤️
