The milk is always at the door in the morning and it saves me a trip to the shop. The milk and orange juice is great quality and it's less plastic waste because it comes in glass bottles and I leave the glass bottles outside and they collect them.

Like a stalker but worse. No respect for gdpr or pecr rights
It is very rare for me to get this angry about a company that I voluntarily go to review sites.
I gave my phone number to one of their canvassers who said they would deliver trial yogurt as I don't drink milk.
The only thing being delivered was textmessages. Incessantly. Every. Fricking. Day. I've been begging with them for over four weeks now to comply with my right to be forgotten, thusfar unsuccessfully.
Now they are claiming in the text messages that I owe them payment, despite having received nothing and having signed up for nothing.
I sincerely hope this is not how they treat vulnerable persons.

Shocking! And you can't even email them. We started off with milk being delivered 2 doors down instead of us. Fair enough that was refunded.. then we had unpaid bill, called a few weeks ago, paid and cancelled the milk.. not delivered since yet somehow now we are being threathend with debt collectors over 4GBP bills apparently from May. The cheek of it! Do not use!

This service started off well
This service started off well, and initially I was happy with the service provided. However, there were a fair few occasions where my milk was delivered to the wrong address.
Recently I cancelled my subscription, and obviously i expected a final bill; McQueens have tried charging me double - apparently for a missed payment on a day that I never paid on, and my bills were paid by direct debit! Moving forward, i'll think that i'll just buy all of my products in person - subscriptions in general are just becoming a headache.

All Good Till You Try To Cancel
Great concept with excellent products completely let down by very poor portal and nonsensical cancellation process. In this day and age it is ridiculous that one cannot cancel online but have to phone them up or try to deal wit a useless bot. I will not be returning until they have sorted all this out.

Bad experience
Legit business, scummy service and tactics. Guy came to my door and told me I get to try a free bottle of milk and if I like it they take my payment details which is fair enough. Before he left he signed me up for 2 bottles of milk a week even though I didnt ask for it just because i told him thats how much i go through each week. Instead of the free bottle of milk I was told I'd get I got two bottles of milk and when they rang me up and I told them I would not be subscribing, they told me they were sending me a bill for the milk they gave me. Products are cheaper from shop, definitely would avoid
