Awful service and pushy phone calls
Awful service. Someone came to my front door to give me the hard sell to sign up for milk. I didn't want to as milk is half the price at the supermarket and convenient to get, but I signed up to support a UK business. Wasn't expecting an onslaught of sales calls to my mobile trying to upsell to me - while I was working and in meetings. Also constant grief before my deliveries had even started about setting up a direct debit. I didn't want to give my bank details over the phone to a stranger so I set it up myself. But then had calls telling me I hadn't - even though I had emails to confirm things were set up. And the Mcqueens staff were still trying to upsell to me - again on my mobile while I was trying to head into work meetings. Eventually had enough and phoned to cancel the service after one delivery, only to find out that the really bolshie Scottish girl I'd said that I didn't have time to speak to as I was going into a meeting had cancelled my deliveries. Which saved me from cancelling but does make you wonder why she's in sales. This service may suit some people but for people like me who find it easier and cheaper just to go the supermarket and don't want to receive an onslaught of pushy phone calls, it's not great at all.

The McQueens Experience
We have been receiving a doorstep delivery for 10 weeks now and are very happy with the service, we very much appreciate the consistency of the delivery as our doorbell highlights the silly o’clock time your guys must have to rise in order for us to be able to use our milk on awakening some hours later. Extremely happy with both the service and McQueens.

The way milk should taste…
Our milk and egg deliveries are always on time as promised. We have no complaint’s whatsoever. We put our empty bottles out in a container (to keep the birds away) and we get full bottles back. Would highly recommend. One major bonus is the milk tastes so much fresher. The way it used to. Can’t see me going back to plastic containers again.

McQueens Diariries have saved us money!
We've been getting milk delivered from McQueens Dairies for 10 weeks now and it's been brilliant! Milk is always the one thing we go to the shop for and end up spending more money and leaving with more than milk: Getting it delivered has saved us so much money! Deliveries are always on time and it is very easy to amend delivery date, quantity or product! Couldn't recommend them enough!

Good quality milk
Good quality milk. We have not been able to access the customer portal. Our welcome offer discounts were not applied. That was resolved as soon as I phoned customer services. I have had 4 weeks of deliveries. An item was missing from 1 week. This was taken off the next bill once I phoned to notify about missing item.

We had a delivery when it was really warm and noticed it delivered at just gone 3 in the morning which meant our milk was on the still warm step for around 5 hours... we know it must be hard to get this time of year right but we started having deliveries at around 6 to 630 which meant milk was ok but that 3 am delivery was warm when we got it in fridge and it went off in 4 days which was a shame....besides this all good 👍 thank you

Milk delivered to your door
Milk delivered to your door. What once felt out of fashion, is, for us at least, a welcome help when it comes to opening the fridge and discovering that there's no milk left for my mornimg brew because we all forgot to get some. We had a rep call at our door offering a trial and we have kept it up as it has often been a welcome help. The milk seems to be of at least equal quality to anything else you'd buy, and it has a reasonable shelf life, so no complaints from us. Had a follow up call this Moreton Natasha, who was just checking on our experience. No problems here, and thanks for bringing back the traditional dairy delivery. When an industry that used predominantly electric delivery vehicles shuts down in a time where the world is trying to get everyone into electric cars, It makes you think doesn't it!? :-)
