Very disappointing experience as an Uber Eats driver. I arrived around 2:30 AM to collect an order and waited at the pickup door for about 15 minutes, but no one opened the door or even acknowledged me.
After waiting, I went to the drive-thru and was told to go back to the pickup side again. I waited another 5 minutes there even though the order was already prepared. This kind of treatment wastes drivers’ time and delays customers’ deliveries.
Delivery drivers are also part of your business. Ignoring us and making us wait unnecessarily is very unprofessional. The restaurant needs to improve how they handle Uber Eats pickups, especially during late night hours.
This caused unnecessary delay for the delivery and for the customer. I would appreciate it if the staff could respond to delivery drivers more promptly and provide clear instructions for pickups, especially late at night.

App is more buggy than Windows 95
Beyond frustrating that this is the worst app I’ve ever used on my phone I would trust a porn app more than a McDonald’s app. It crashes constantly. It keeps pulling up the wrong location despite having selected a favorite multiple times it always takes the wrong McDonald’s. I’ve actually ordered in the past and I ordered it by McDonald’s only find it sent the order to some McDonald’s into town next over I had argue with a manager to get my money back, cause I didn’t feel like driving across town to another freaking McDonald’s. The app is not just buggy it’s more viral than Covid. As a major corporation allow this to exist to lead the whole freaking platform start fresh maybe hire some kids actually know how to do tech work. Don’t just tell the kids are usually work the fryer to put something together and hope for the best.

When you don't receive what you pay for via the app you get fobbed off as down to 3rd party. Did the 3rd party pack the food into the bag, no they didn't! It was down to McDonalds staff not doing their job correctly. You are lucky to get what you order through the drive thru so never drive off until you check your bag.

Ordered food off the McDonald’s app, a meal for myself and two happy meals for younger children.
The driver picked up my food and then proceeded to sit in a car park for 15 minutes before coming to deliver my food. The food was stone cold, drinks were not bagged securely and spilt everywhere. I am a McDonald’s employee and know that the way my food was delivered was not up to standard at all.
I asked for a refund from uber and they told me the delivery was made in a reasonable time frame and there would be no refund. I paid £20 for inedible food and half empty drinks

I will never order thru McDelivery (Door Dash) on McDonald's app again! Waited over 2 hours for nuggets n fries, never received order! Was lied to by 2 different customer service reps who had no actual knowledge of what was happening! After waiting for over 2 hours and making 2 phone calls to "help" the only thing they could offer was to cancel my order! Oh and wasn't offered any type of coupon or compensation for waiting and my refund wouldn't even be back for 3 days! I dont think they care that they lost a customer! Went to taco bell instead! Not sure if this us McDonald's or door dash concern but mcdelivery is the problem!

What's the point of mobile order? If you still get parked, I ordered my food 15 minutes before I got here and I still got parked. Make that make sense when in your abs says it would be ready for you.Help me understand
They cancelled my order and still took my money
Absolutely appalling. Waited over an hour and a half for breakfast. Called my driver who told me he didn’t have my order number. My order was cancelled on me after a long time. I spoke to customer service over the messages and they said I’d get a full refund. It’s been 2 weeks and I still haven’t received it. £41 in total. So not only didn’t I get my food, we waited hours and now I don’t have my money back. I’ve tried to contact customer service to chase the refund but I keep getting sent to a bot and can’t even access the previous customer service messages. Absolutely shocking service and a nightmare to get help from.

The mc Donald's app is a third party app.if you make a mistake or the app make a mistake there is no turn back.there is no way to cancel the order a second after placing the order no customer service you are in your own

Our order took an hour to arrive. We were watching the delivery driver on the tracking. He took about 20mins to arrive at our house after leaving the store. He was stationary for about 10mins. I tried to raise a complaint but, they didn't wat to know. They think it's perfectly acceptable to deliver stone cold food, very late and offer no means to raise a complaint. The AI chat bot just goes around in circles until you have a heart attack or give up and accept you have been robbed.
Bad , only woks when offers finish
So bad, it's over complicated , does not show offers that are advertised, 99p etc.. lots of blank images. Can't find local stores.
