The staff was friendly, informative and offered us options to improve our experience. Even when we returned the vehicle the staff recognized, acknowledged and greeted my wife and I. Truly making it a warm honest experience. Extra kudos to the Milan Duomo staff!!
So far everything has been great. The staff at Rome termine, with a special thanks to Andrea, has been amazing.
The car pickup was fast, clear, and we weren't pushed into any extra services or insurance which is common practice at other companies.
We definitely recommend Sixt at Rome Termine, and if you can, ask for Andrea.

The service is exceptionally high, and the quality of the fleet is remarkable. The branch and CS staff have always been courteous and very helpful. I'm reluctant to rate it "excellent" because there have often been discrepancies in payments, which are annoying for such a large and well-known company.
