Arda, was the opposite- friendly, approachable, knowledgeable, set my expectations, explained everything well. From arrival at Istanbul and being collected by Bogac to being dropped by Emyer everything went so smoothly!

Day of surgery - I met the wonderful Nurse Sarah - she couldn’t do enough over the week I was in Turkey. She stayed until my surgery and helped me so much post operation - what a super star.

Then Dr Hilu - if you’re booked or thinking about booking - she is a magician his stitches are impeccable incredibly neat!! He was charming and made recommendations which of course I followed and I am so happy I could cry. Im no longer repulsed by my reflection!

The nurses at the hospital, were Angels without wings - they were so so kind to me and I cannot thank them enough!

Professional, Friendly, and Experienced in doing Great hair transplants. The Clinic was Very Clean, staff were patient, kind, and listen to my concerns and hopes in proceding to get the best results I desire with my hair.

Transportation to and from hotel/airport was fantastic. Drivers were always on time and early for pickup, and made sure I got in the car carefully without hitting my head.

I came to Turkey not knowing what to expect, but I was blown away with how MCAN Health staff made me feel safe and comfortable throughout the whole process. Absolutely amazing experience in Turkey from start to finish! I went alone but never felt alone for a second. Sarah was amazing and always guiding me, giving me information, checking on me, and making sure I was comfortable and okay. The communication and care were incredible throughout the whole journey. Exceptional Experience at MCAN Health – Istanbul, Turkey

My name is Faisal, and on April 13th I underwent a major facelift procedure with Dr. Dundar, including a neck lift, lower eyelid surgery, and lower eyelid rejuvenation at MCAN Health in Istanbul, Turkey.

Before making my final decision, I researched and contacted several hospitals and cosmetic surgery centers in South Korea, Thailand, Vietnam, Shanghai and Egypt. After careful consideration, I chose MCAN Health in Turkey — and it was one of the best decisions I have ever made.

My Surgeon was Dr Dundar, he is a very knowledgeable and kind, and will advise honestly on what is best for your specific face for the best outcome.
The hospital was clean and the nursing staff were very professional, even though some of them spoke little English.
The care from the MCAN Nurses was excellent. I would like to mention Cansu, and Ece. They both are very caring, compassionate, and professional nurses.. also Sara my main contact who's been looking after me from the beginning to present,has been a blessing she has been very supportive, caring and professional. She goes above and beyond. She is a great asset to MCAN, as well as Arda my case manager, who organised everything for me.
You won't have to worry about anything when your there, MCAN take care of everything, from driver's, to Nurses, to appointments.

My results are lovely and I’m very pleased altogether.
The surgeon was knowledgeable and courteous. The hospital was clean and professional.
The aftercare nurses were efficient and friendly. They all spoke good English.

The recovery was longer than expected but I got there in the end. ‘Trust the process’ as they say. I have booked my next surgery in October, tummy tuck and breast augmentation with MCAN as well as I have a lot of trust in them now.

The surgeon is very skilled and friendly . Nurses are really friendly and passionate.

Had a couple of hair transplants here now. Got 4000 grafts on the front of my head in 2022 and just managed to get back to get the crown done. Great service and very knowledgeable would definitely recommend.

Facilities & Care
The clinics themselves were beautiful and very modern. My hair transplant at ALANA felt high-end and professional, and the dental care really stood out to me. I appreciated that the providers focused on preserving my natural teeth instead of pushing unnecessary treatments. Communication was also never an issue—they spoke excellent English, and I always felt understood.

Outside of appointments, Istanbul itself was amazing—beautiful, historic, and full of incredible food. It made recovery feel more like an experience than just a medical trip.

Overall, I would absolutely recommend MCAN Health and would return again in the future.

I cant pretend to know the standard for cosmetic surgery but what I can say is after researching countless clinics for a hair transplant and finally finding the one for me I then had a family friend get in contact with me and recommend mcan instead and im thankful they did.

I was nervous about complications in travel or being just another head in the door but mcan was there every stage of the way and honestly it was an easy experience from start to finish and im excited for the results.

I cannot speak more highly of MCAN. From beginning to end of my experience was well organised, very profession. We are picked up from the Istanbul airport, taken to the hotel and everything after that is all finely organised, you don't beed to think or worry about anything else from that point on, whether you're havibg face surgery, body, hair or teeth procedures are all taken care of, you are always picked up and taken to your appointments and then followed by the procedure that you have come for. The surgeons are top class, very attentive to your concerns and will advise honestly on what is best for your specific face for the best outcome. You are also given your own nurse who will walk with you through all the after surgery healing. I was so impressed with the care my nurse Sara gave me, she and all the nurses were very caring and profession at all times. And it doesnt end when you finally leave to return home as if you have any complications, help or questions you still have one year to be in contact with your dictor. So all in all I highly recommend MCAN for a safe and worry free experience, not to mention that the cost is a quater of any western country.
