THIS IS A SCAM!!!

After buying this device, I find out I can't use the majority of the features they advertise without "BUYING CREDITS" from the app.
This company completely misleads people in their advertising... not letting anyone know it could cost hundreds of euros to "unlock" all the features!!

Best tool to activate some hidden features or new ones to your Mercedes. Some things cost extra but in my opinion it is cheaper as if you go to someone to let him code it.

For me the best (beside the nice upgrades you can do) is the support. 10/10 support. If something is not working as it should, they will help you out or give you your credits back.

Also more and more things are getting added. I have a w205 and for this model there are so many things you can do. If you have another model maybe check the demo mode in the app to see whats possible with yours.

Purchased the MBito app and obd dongle to upgrade my 2016 mercedes C300 coupe (W205)
And works like a charm, i have unlocked several options on my car which would otherwise be impossible or very costly at the dealership.
I have outcoded the (dreadfull) start/stop function, the blue welcome lights to stay on longer, 5 times tip blinking (instead of 3), the sound of the parking sensors to be louder, the sound of the parking sensors to start beeping at the yellow parking lines (instead of the red lines)
Out coded the seatbelt warning on the rear and front seats, changed the pressure units to bar (instead of kpi) changed the fuel consumption to ltr/km and last but not least it enabled me to activate the AMG menu in the instrument cluster which now shows me the actual oil and gearbox temperature in the cluster as well as a lap timer.
Apart from the initial cost of the MBito dongle the total costs of all these upgrades where around 130 Euro.
Even the MBito support is great should there be issues or questions the MBito team responds fast and efficient via facebook messenger.
5 stars and worth every penny.

DO NOT buy this.
After spending a good amount of money on the device, you are again required to buy EXPENSIVE “credits” in the app to be able to even use is!

What a rip-off and disappointment! I ordered and received this more than 14 days ago so I can't return it. But, please be aware: All of the features you might like to use are all at extra cost - and you could easily rack up over $100 getting the stuff they said comes with the unit. DO NOT BUY!!!!!!

I had a little problem with changing my email address and it was solved very quickly!

The unit arrived quite quickly and was very easy to use once the phone app was installed. I scanned the car and discovered a few error codes which were easily cleared. I then modified some of the available options which has made the car even more pleasurable to drive.
All in all I can't believe the amount of functionality available for the price. I look forward to more features being developed.

Everything was good CarPlay works. It would’ve cost me 3 times more on what I paid. Dealer wanted way more money. Trust me with the help paid after it was all said and done. I would use them any time there equipment works very happy.Mercedes dealer is a rip off. My 2015 cls550 Amg has car play the ob2 reader is amazing. Recommend anybody reading this just trust the process Mbito’s is the real deal

All their communication and advertising is misleading. You spend 70€ for a tool that is basically unuseful without paying other hundred euros in additional services. There isn't either a single feature that is free, and many of the features shown in advertising are available only to certain car models

I bought this MBito OBD-dongle and download the Mbito APP and it worked just fine on my 2018 C-classe. Finally I have Carplay/Android Auto & set the rear lights to on with the DRLs and changed the one touch turn signal.
The Mbito team is always asking if everthing is alright. Very pleased with their service 👍

I bought MBito to be able to install CarPlay on my 2014 Mercedes. I wasted my money. The advertising as well as the website are misleading in two ways. The first is that the site allows one to check if the CarPlay (or other feature) will be available on your particular older Mercedes Benz. In my case, a W212 (facelift) 2014 E500 model, the feature appears as available on the site. The site even shows an image of the Command screen showing the CarPlay working on a dashboard identical to my own - totally misleading. Do not trust the site and its promises. The second way that the advertising is misleading is that if the feature were to have been available, even after buying the MBito dongle, one would have to pay possibly hundreds of dollars additionally to MBito to enable to feature. I never even reached this point as the feature was simply not available for my model. A support ticket was submitted which eventually offered a refund if I were to ship my product back to the factory in Lithuania. This is a ridiculous and not viable solution since the shipping cost would be more than the initial investment. Don't waste your money, the product does not deliver the promises made in the advertising and if you are to experience difficulties, you will not be able to get your money back.

I bought the mbito device a couple of months ago. First thing I wanted to do was to disable the Start/Stop function on my SLK R172. It did the job but the led on the central console button was still on and did not give the option to remember the last setting. I opened a ticket, they answered, but I received no actual support. I asked to return the device and get refunded for both the device and the credits I have paid for, but they denied. I recently noticed that they have added the option to enable the AMG Menu for my car. I paid the extra credits to activate it. It worked but since it is activated, the Traction Control button on the central console doesn't operate anymore. I opened a new ticket and I received the excuse that since my car is not a "genuine" AMG, some issues are expected. They offered to return the credits. I think it is unfair to pay for a device that does half of those it is advertised for.

MBito app + OBD-dongle worked like a charm on my 2018 C-classe to get rid of the recurring start/stop function & to set the rear lights to on with the DRLs…

I typed an wrong emailadress.
Get in touch with the service desk.
After a couple of questions they changed the account to my name and email address.
It was surprisingly good and helpful.

The obd connector is very good and handy.
I have now Apple carplay without an extra box.
Glc 2018 user.

Very poor to deal with. Took 2 weeks to get device was after paying for 2-4 day shipment. Very slow to get back to me via email. Only responed when i opened a case with paypay. App is very limited at the moment. For me personally a waste of money. Maybe other models will have better features.

Scam! Those who dreams that it will activate CarPlay you can forget about it and if it happens that you want to return the product good luck finding the way to return it.

Trying to contract them but no response while they supposed to have real chat time assistance which says you will get a response in 4 days. It is too much real time.

Limited items for GLC 200. Expecting more.
