45 to 60 minutes to have a support call answered. Support tech quickly diagnosed issue with fan and said he would ship the part. I asked for tracking of shipment and he said he 'doesn't have time' to get tracking info and send it to me. Package did arrive 10 days later and it was the wrong part, not diagnosed correctly and now I am sitting here at 43 minutes ON HOLD waiting again for a support rep to answer my call. WORST SUPPORT ON THE PLANET!
