We bought a king size bed with storage drawers, ordered online and delivered on our chosen day, from start to finish it was so easy and straightforward. Really good product!! Extremely comfortable mattress. Getting it into the house was a challenge though as it was so big and so heavy!!

He could tell exactly what we wanted. He showed ud the cheaper alternative and it was obvious which one was right. He was friendly and polite. The delivery men were very good too, we didnt have to do a thing, which, due to our health issues, we were totally grateful.

Ordering from MattressMan was easy. The order arrived in good time compared to other big brand names. Communication was great regarding the delivery.
Unfortunately and no fault of MattressMan there were parts missing. However, MattressMan to the rescue, they had the manufacturer supply new parts tbe next day......Brilliant service and aftercare...will use them again.....

Excellent quality mattress.
Would have liked my old mattress taken away but not an option even after speaking to customer services so just make sure you're aware of that. I'm having to wait a long time for council collection which isn't convenient.

1st time using Mattressman and have been really impressed. The mattress is great. So comfortable for my daughter and has stopped her waking up in the night.
Delivery service was great and unpacking the mattress was easy.
Will definitely use again in the future.

Initially going to leave in my porch, however kindly offered to bring it inside. He is a very, friendly helpful man.
I was a bit dubious about this type of mattress, however it is surprisingly comfortable and as I have a divan bed I can easily touch the floor. A bonus for me.

Ordered an Ottoman bed for son, lovely bed. Easy to assemble, did it by myself took a couple of hours (but I do follow the instructions carefully) Easy to order, good communication. Delivered on time and delivery driver rang before delivery to give estimated time. Was polite and delivered into the garage no problems. Would order again and would recommend.

Very good, checking out the beds at Norwich store took out the uncertainty about what initially feels comfortable for myself, the sales guy just showed us what available and advised what the mattress are made up, no hard sell.
The delivery was next day and David the delivery guy was pleasant, helpful and advised any problems give them a call.
The bed feels well made and maybe harder than i had decided on, but it is comfortable and the firmness is nice and i sleep well in it.
It's only 12days sleeping on the new mattress so fingers crossed it is as good as initially found to be.

Ordered a mattress. Exactly as expected. Arrived first thing on given day.

The bed came in good time. It was a bit fidley to put up but I was doing it on my own. Looks good. Hope this frame will last many years. Thanks.
