Super smooth transaction
Great experience with John and Masterdriver when I sold my Mini Cooper. They made the whole process transparent and straightforward. Would highly recommend :)

We purchased a Mini Cooper John Cooper Works from John at Masterdriver. Having looked at several others during the day, we arrived to view the JCW at Masterdriver. John and his colleague very very helpful and accommodating. I had rated the others we viewed as 8.5 - 9/ 10. The car at Masterdriver was definitely a 10 so we of course bought it. I would buy another car from Masterdriver and would certainly recommend them to others.

It was an absolute pleasure doing business with John at Masterdrive. Without doubt John went far beyond his remit as far as getting me on the road showing me how everything worked. The Mini Cooper I bought was immaculate and John was I incredibly patient when he took me for a test drive. Having bought my car John taxed it and delivered it to me at home. Not only that he also went out of his way to arrange for a breaker to come and take my old car off my drive for me. John and his team have a good reputation and it is richly deserved. I couldn't recommend them highly enough. Thanks John.

Having spent a few weekends looking for a new car we dealt with quite a few car sales personnel and hands down John and Brian were the best we met. It was an absolute delight dealing with them from the first phone call through to collecting my new mini clubman. The car was as promised on their website and was immaculate inside & out. John takes a lot of pride in what he sells and it shows. John knew the full ins and outs of the cars history and gave me a great introduction to all the gadgets and gizmos. When I noticed the middle console storage compartment didn’t open properly there as no quibble, John ordered a replacement part and it was all fitted when I collected the car. I also enjoyed our bit of banter during our interactions.
I have already decided to take the mini back there when the next service is due.
I have now had my car just over a week and I love it, buying it from John has made the whole process that much sweeter and I feel confident knowing I’m driving a decent motor. Thank you chaps, Samantha

I recently purchased a Mini Roadster from Steve and John and I have to say it was probably the most pleasurable buying experience I've had when it comes to cars. The guys were a pleasure to deal with, very transparent and great personalities. I am definitely coming back for the annual service but will also keep these guys at the top of my list for recommending!

After looking for a mini for a while I popped over to see one in my price range at Masterdriver. Steve and John were amazing and I didn’t feel under pressure at all to buy. The car I liked was in great condition and I was given a fair price for my own vehicle. I didn’t feel uneasy being a woman on my own and Steve and John were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I picked the car up the following day and I absolutely love it. I would highly recommend them if you are looking for a mini.

Been here many entrusting my servicing in their very capable hands, very pleasant and informative. This visit I decided to buy one of their great cars, I was allowed to test drive it on my own and decided to buy. The guys here are great and no pressure very experienced and a breath of fresh air compared to most car dealers. Always impressed and would recommend Masterdriver to anyone. Well done guys.

Love my mini!! was bought in a bit of a rush on a boiling hot day but the guys are very easy to deal with.

Great Experience buying my Mini Clubman. We had just returned to the UK from living abroad, I found the car online and dealt with John. He was super helpful giving me initial detail on the vehicle and arranging for delivery after we returned to the UK- Which was free of charge. Very happy with my Mini Cooper S from Masterdriver. Arrived at the garage to view one I had seen advertised online, but was then impressed with the full range of Minis, so much so I bought a completely different one. All the cars looked of a high standard. I received a pleasant and professional service. Definitely a good place to go to buy a Mini.

If you want a mini, this is the place to go! I’ve just part exchanged my Mini Cooper for a Mini Countryman with Masterdriver and I can honestly say that John, Steve and Brian couldn’t have been more helpful, knowledgable or friendly.
