Many 5star reviews for their MINI sales, but they also service and MOT as well, They (literally) go the extra mile, my MINI struggled with the MOT emissions due to too many short trips, so they took the time to run it down to the M25 and back to help it clear itself..it passed! And that extra time taken was not included in the bill. They are genuinely interested in providing good customer service. Definitely recommend.

I’d been looking for a Mini John Cooper Works in rebel green with loads of extras and saw one advertised on Masterdriver via Autotrader. I spoke to John who was exceptionally pleasant and knowledgable. I live in Aberdeen and Aylesbury is a 550 mile drive. John told me everything I needed to know about the car and I agreed to drive down to view the car with the potential to purchase. I paid a £500 refundable deposit and John reserved the car for me. I made the long journey down last Friday and John had everything organised for my visit. I was not disappointed. The car was immaculate and just as described by John, I bought the car with no hesitation. John was friendly, professional, knowledgable, flexible and accommodating. He followed up with a phone call a few days later to see how I got on travelling back to Aberdeen, if I had received the warranty and how I was getting on with my new mini. John went the extra mile for me and it was much appreciated. Great customer service and I would highly recommend. John is a pleasure to deal with. Thanks very much John 😊

I live locally and have driven past Masterdriver in WestonTurville many times. I’d been thinking about changing my car and so I decided to call in on a whim to have look around.
John and his staff were very friendly, helpful and relaxed and showed me around. There was absolutely no rush, no pressure and above all, no heavy sales pitch . The cars looked great too.
I saw a mini convertible that I particularly liked , but decided to go away and think about it.
Returning a week later the car was still there and having had a drive in it and a good chat with John , I decided to buy it.
I am absolutely delighted with my car. John gave me a good trade in price for my car and also gave me a very good deal on the mini.
I collected the car about four days later and it looked fabulous. Absolutely immaculate and with some new rubber trim on the inside of the driver’s door.
I have been back a couple of times to clarify some things with John and his staff and they have been most helpful.
I am truly delighted with my little mini and with the excellent service I received from Masterdriver. Thank you all very much.

I purchased my Mini Cooper s sport from them car is excellent and better than I can describe straight away a good and honest relationship started on the phone everything went smoothly on collection 5 weeks later absolutely no problems great team to deal with.

I bought a BMW X5 from Masterdriver. I am in the Highlands nearly 600 miles away. Car was bought unseen based on their description. They could not have been more helpful. I took a chance in trusting them and was not let down. The car was delivered free to my daughter/ son in law an hours drive away from them, who then came visiting with a new car for me. Car exactly as described - a very happy customer :-)

I bought my first mini from Masterdriver, Weston Turville and am very pleased with it! The guys never pressured me which was very refreshing and they were very patient as I wasn't quite sure what I was looking for in a car. I am very glad I chose them and would definitely recommend them. I will be getting my car serviced/mot'd with them in the future!!
