Started to use Master Collections in August and gave them a couple of really delinquent debts that we had given up hope of collecting. They managed to get one of the debts paid, with costs, which surpassed my expectations. Their dealings are thorough and professional and if they can find a way to save costs they will. Looking forward to seeing what they can do with our other aged debtors.

Very professional
Great experience working with Master Collections. Friendly, honest and professional working relationship. All cases were dealt with differently and all the potential or likely outcomes of a debt recovery case were identified and so it was easy to decide on whether or not it was financially viable to progress with each case or not.
